Arena Crashes With the newest update I get a lot of crashes when going into the arena. I've been using a Knight, Cleric, Rogue, and Witch, and the crashes don't seem to be relating to any skills.
Sorry for the delay...I' ve played Battleheart for about 10 hours (remaking my team 3 times)...IT'S AWESOME!! Iphone seems to be born to support this game..easily the best game of the 2011 for now..."addicting game" and it's not a slogan, a way to say: I couldn't put down the phone (one of the few times that games make me a servant). Luckily I haven't had any crashes until now. My best team imho is: Bard, Monk, Knight, Cleric
*sigh* It's the knights "revenge" skill, as I've posted about 17 times today . Fix already submitted, just turn off revenge for the time being.
Oops, sorry, shoulda done some more reading! I played through arena with no revenge and it worked great! Thanks for the update!
Well I was just on 53 in the arena when my knight died and it crashed. He had Shield Wall on, with Fortress boosting it.
Prefer 15% crit.. hypothetically, lets say fireball does 100 damage and you cast 30 of them a minute 30 * 100 = 3000 damage 30% speed = casting about 39 per minute = 3900 damage crit does 200% damage 30% crit = on average 9 fireballs crit out of 20.. so (21*100 + 9*200) = 2100 + 1800 = 3900... ... heyy... wtf!! well CRIT > HASTE because specials are affected by CRIT and not by HASTE.
haste is not all that useless though. with 15% x 2 haste gloves Cleric can heal at a 30% faster rate Rogues can proc envenomed blades a better rate with the increased speed
Hi Mika, mind if you help check on Mage's Fire armor? Somehow or rather, the game has been crashing often with this skill enabled. During the later levels of arena when my knight has died, the game will often crash when multiple archers are targetting my mage. I am suspecting that this might be due to fire armor proc-ing multiple times at once.
A few questions, for whoever feel qualified to either answer them, or mislead me completely : Every level grants one in attack and one in defense, right? The health of the characters, is that explicitly expressed somewhere? Does it differ between classes? Or IS the health the defense? (I first assumed defense is soak/armor, since it increases with better equipment, but perhaps they are using a different health paradigm.) The only differences between different characters of the same class are their name, backstory, and level, right? I noticed that with the same equipment, a level 5 Baelrosh and a level 5 Garrick has the same attack and defense values.
Yeah they have the same stats. IMO they should have different stats like the Black Knight has +5 in attack, while Shepperd has +5 in defense and so on.
I don't know about all of the classes, but I'm pretty sure the stats aren't exactly the same for some of them. I believe when my mages were the same level, the female had something like 1 more attack and 1 less defense. The difference is trivial though. In this thread, Makitango said the same thing.
I don't know if anyone suggested this before, but I think it would be very usefull if the stats of the different characters would show in the Keep screen, so I can see how far I leveled up each character and for if I want to change members of my party. BTW- having to start at level 1 again after I lost my save data really sucks if you are used to level 20 and up
It has also been stated by the devs as well, class stats are different within the characters, hence it's just a small difference (I remember they mentioned a slight exchange of power and armor stats with the value of 1, so it's really more a model decision rather than a stat-wise). However, it's still possible the barbarians got the same stats.
I agree, in addition I think there should be a "encyclopedia" describing each after they have been bought and monsters faced.
An XP "pool" I don't think anyone here has played this, but Black/Matrix (a Japanese game) for Saturn and other systems, had a "pooled" xp system. I.e. each stage would grant a pool of xp that you could give to any character in your "keep" not just the party. That might be a bit too much for BH. Just a thought. G
If I have two of the rapid regeneration necklaces on one character, will they regenerate health twice as fast than having just one? (You'd be surprised at how unuseful the search function is with this question.)
I believe that they work multiplicatively. Though it hasn't been said specifically about that item, it has been said about others. Thus, 1 regen at 10% will recover 10%. 2 items will actually recover 21%. 100*1.1 = 110 110*1.1 = 1.21. It is a benefit for items that add to totals (like +crit) but a detriment to those which reduce totals (like +speed).
Well interestingly enough I now have all characters level 30 + and as soon as my main team hits level 35+ I will start to grind the hardest boss in order to upgrade equips! Then at 50/50/50/6x?(cleric) I will go to arena and get all the tier 9 equips for all of my dudes! Has anyone legitimately hit over level 50 yet? I have only on Cleric though rest 35-30.
