No xp but I took a bard from 5-30 in a few hours of playing. Just stack two xp eggs and play the first level of the third map.
Not sure if this function would be the best use for it, but I really would like to see the double-tap being some sort of tool in the game.
Yup, we're doing pretty well so far, I think it peaked at #30 for a bit, and it keeps creeping into the top 10 iPad apps occasionally. I think being universal has done us some favors. The game has already paid for it's dev time with one week of sales, so we can definitely legitimize supporting it for the foreseeable future.
@ bard changes. You think I'll still be able to heal with just the bard? It seems a bit much, but I suppose if you're using both a cleric and a bard, the changes are needed... Edit. I can't believe how fast you're putting out the patch udates! +1 for 1.0.3!
The bard will still be fine as a main healer, it's just that Song of Vigor really is way out of control right now. Once he has some gear and skills, it's quite easy to have it heal to the tune of 80-90% of everyone's max over its 15 second duration... and with a 20 sec cooldown, its uptime is nearly constant (or with a codex of jabe, it IS constant).
Mika, I just want to say hats off on being my fav ipod game ever. I'm a big warcraft player and this is the closest thing to an offline fix available so far. I really hope you guys expand on it. As for things I would like to see, I think party windows is going to be a must. My single and only issue has been trying to control my characters when they punch up, and especially when issuing heal commands this way. At best, 4 touchable icons for each of your characters for targeting purpose (double tapping mobs to issue attack commands too, allow for the option to ignore selecting or targeting your own characters as to make attack commands easier) and allow heal assignments to be issues through the part icons rather then on the field of play.
Mikamobile, I wanted to say the update fixed the crashing issues I was randomly experiencing. Kudos! I love, LOVE, LOVE, love Battleheart. I think you've released a stellar rpg defense title. It's a very captivating less is more experience. I hope you'll work to support the title with more maps, mobs and bosses. I'd gladly pay for DLC content to expand on this phenomenal gem. It's almost saddening when you realize the game is ending after 2 maps. Though I keep reloading it. A testament to the sheer fun within Battleheart.
Game keeps crashing on "Time-Lost Canyon" and I know now for 100% it has to do with the Red Slimes, Mika have any ideas?
Actually crashing hasnt happened for me I've been playing 8+ hrs no crashes and it works fine, this is an amazing game content is fine, but more is welcomed...I would love Zombieville characters and Omg pirates Ninja added in, that would be great.
Some bugs which i have discovered. Knight's revenge skill (lvl30) seems to crash the game often (esp when i am being attacked by several mobs at once or by red slimes in arena with priest buffs) Would like to see a fix for golem knocking back my characters off the screen as well Great game in all !
Not to be a negative nancy, here... But I vote no on this! I hate other game tie-ins. Why? They dilute the elegance and tone of the game world. Battleheart has a WONDERFUL flavor and feel to it, and it's unique, even among the dev's other games. Cross-overs and such just serve to remind the player that it's just a game, not an immersive experience. 2¢
What about a female Monk and Bard? ^______^ I still love Battleheart! (8 hours, 3 crashes) Keep on going Guys! ^_^
Paladin Chick... YES YES YES!!!! I think the paladin should focus on 2 things. 1. Self/group health regeneration within range 2. Self and group defense boost within range 3. Passive skill that attracts enemies.
Hey man i agree with you, I just feel that the add on or even option would be welcomed, Battleheart is a great game, but I would love to have that Ninja and possibly that guy from Zombieville with his guns and shotgun. I get what your saying I just feel that would be great for this game style and especially even a Zombieville themed Arena or Omg Pirates arena optional of course but that's my opinion, I agree with you though regardless it's a great game
Just wanted to say that I've played the game or 20 hours straight and not planning on stopping anytime soon. Wished I could make a game as great as this!!! (my skills are meh)
Best game ever!! Got the last boss on farm status. Clocked 19 hours played. Thistle - Level 59 Wizard Feung - Level 60 Monk Lucille - Level 60 Cleric Edwardo - Level 44 Bard Bromswell - Level 37 Wizard Wynter - Level 30 Witch Robin - Level 20 Rogue Still waiting for the Epic Wizard Staff to drop... Wish there were wallpapers I can download to put on my desktop at work and on my iPhone home and lock screens Keep up the great work (still crashes rarely but still worth it for me
