Mika - Great game. A lot of people are asking for online, an epic story, modes where you only control one or two characters, etc. I'm not saying these ideas are bad, but please don't ruin your game by trying to please everyone. What's great about your game is that it's really good at what it tries to be. When I see a restaurant that claims to have both authentic mexican and authentic chinese, I know it can't be good. Make this game flawless and add more content or humor or even a head-to-head mode, but don't let the scope creep out of control. If you want to make a separate but similar game like a mmorpg or take a stab at the many suggestions people have given you, then we will definitely buy that one too.
@MikaMobile I was on the carrion canyon level, and AFTER the two ogres, I cleared the screen of enemies. But for some reason, my Bard kept being hit by a sword. No enemies were coming.
You must go to the Academy and select the power you want. It will show up in the top left of the screen.
Whyy????? OK IM GETTING SERIOUSLY PISSED HERE. Whenever I get near the 64 or 65 kill in the doomvale arena it crashes. It happened like 3/5 times! And only when I'm doing well! I think there is a serious memory overflow bug here. Try Using lots of skills in a row and it WILL crash without fail. Thing is, you never need to activate that many skills normally unless your in trouble. i.e. the end of a stage which just adds insult to injury.Mika FIX THIS PLZ.
To explain the Bard. He is a party BUFFER. He heals as his "attack", but his heal is not really useful. He is ALL about BUFFING the whole party or just one guy. Adding attack, attack speed, defense, and/or cooldown speed increase (20%).
I fixed a crash yesterday related to spamming skills back to back on targets just as they're dying, it's probably the one you're running into. Submitted it last night, along with a bunch of other smaller things.

When you read the description, some are marked as "passive". That just means the effects of that skill are always on, you don't tap them to activate it. They typically alter some other ability or give you a stat bonus of some sort.
Probly yea, I'm hashing out a new ranged class (archer/ranger guy) and a new tank (paladin chick). Still just brainstorming and thinking about them whilst bug hunting.
Sweet no more repeat classes! As well what are you going to do with the keep? You can add more slots I would hope .
Great news! Does the Pally have to be a chick though? Nothing against females in the least bit but(my opinion) a male would make the better meat shield, especially since there is already a female healing class(or two if you count the witch). Also I have yet to experience a single crash since the update.
Really hope you are chewing on a Druid/shapeshifting class. The setup you have would be perfect. The two abilities that are definite at level 1 and 25 would be healer centric. At level 5 you can shapeshift into a tank or dps. Have the top line be tank abilities, level 10, 15, 20 and 30 and the bottom as dps abilities. Micromanaging would be insane but fun.
Yea totally, I'm right there with ya. It's also something I'd like to add in time, its just a lot more work intensive, since it would need a variety of forms (which means more animation, rigging and art). Same deal with a summoner of some sort - lots of extra art assets over a "normal" character. I thought a female tank would be a good addition, since the three tank options in the game are all male at present.
The crash when releasing a line on a dying target may be related to the witch's life drain. I cycled through her abilities first before I hopped to my rogue. I'll try it again when I get home. Also, food for thought on the cleric's splash heal passive. If you are planning on changing the AI and how the units try to unstack themselves, please raise the splash radius on the splash heal passive. Currently my units have to be stacked, or close to it, to receive the splash heal. It might be problematic to have your units shuffle themselves around due to new stacking AI when you're just trying to leech heals off your tank (as i do between waves).
I stopped using splash heal due to this inconvience. You should have splash heal work in almost the entire map but lower the % effectiveness to reduce the need to stack.
