Played the demo a bit last night, really enjoyed it. Less than 24 hours ago I didn't give a damn but now I'm likely to be buying BFBC2.

You must be very good at rearranging your molecules so quickly that you can walk through solid matter.

I didn't expect the game to really earn the M-rating. It sure as heck did.

EA seems to be moving in the profane direction these days. F-bombs all over Mass Effect 2 and the demo for BC2.

Is there gunna be a single player campaign at all? I found the demo not so good; it was fun but you die way too easy no matter how stealthy you are. Also I miss the jokes from the first one - at least they could give this a different name. Too serious for Bad Company brand.

Yeah, I'm not so pleased with that. I'm not particularly bothered by it, but a game needs more than just the F-bomb to really stand out as a more-mature title.

This game will have a single-player campaign. And yes, you do die incredibly easily, but the point is to keep moving.

Yeah, there will be a single player. And I find the easiness of death to be well-fitted, as this isn't a game like Halo, where the future setting likely holds better shielding tech.

Perhaps the lack of jokes is just present in the multiplayer. I dunno about you, but hearing the same joke every time after winning a Gold Rush game in the first installment became way too stale. I'm glad they trashed it.

Yeah, it definitely will, but nobody's really gonna care as much about the campaign (which all FPS games have) as opposed to the real time-waster, multiplayer. The game isn't that realistic. You can take around 3 bullets (as long as they're not headshots or from a turret or tank) and your health regenerates. It's all about stealth and taking cover. I don't have a problem staying alive as long as I'm careful. It does sound more serious, though, I'll give you that. Adds to the intensity of the atmosphere, though.

I went uber-stealth in one of my very first games and ended up with 0 deaths :)

Just went through a 3 hour MW2 session. These are two totally different games. Wow. So who here that has MW2 is also getting BFBC2?

What was your kill number? And I'm guessing you used recon?
