Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Confirmed for iPhone

Looks terrific. I like how you can control the tank plus it doesn't look too choppy like in MC2. Why didn't STP show multiplayer? I guess they weren't allowed to?

 

The game isn't out. Are you expecting there to be thousands of players online?

 

Oh yeah, guess your right there. Still, would like to see an attempt on clicking on the multiplayer tab. Maybe STP could show the weapons.

 

This looks ****ing awesome. Can't wait!

 

Graphics still aren't too good (not as good as MC2). The controls look kinda bad from the video and 4-player online is very disappointing. I hope the game shown in the video isn't the final build (or near final) because it looks pretty crap to me.

 

It seems like there is going to be sprinting in game, something MC2 lacked.

 

3 seater dune buggy from Battlefield 2 was my favorite vehicle.

 

Can't wait! This looks amazing!

the money whore that is EA, they didnt bother to improve graphic for the 4th gen devices, all they did is make the resolution better.

Are you kidding? Thats the only reason I didnt like the console version. Any noobass fag can kill someone in a vehicle......

 

I liked the vehicles in the console version. It's a refreshing change from the typical FPS experience.

 

You seriously though they would include vehicles in the mobile version of their game?

Yeah sure the iPhone and iPod Touch has advanced in the past few years, but it is not capable of achieving that yet.

 

Not really, but that combined with a meager 4-player multiplayer mode makes me hesitant to buy this game on release. I'll just stick to the console versions, I suppose.

 

No large scale battles, no vehicles in MP...... why even call it a BF game then?

Those are the defining aspects of the series, without that it's simply not a Bf game. I mean, I love FPS's on my iphone, and am all for more being released.

But why basterdize the franchise with a gutted port? Ugh, prolly not going to purchase this one, iPhone FPS's single player campaigns are always underwhelming.

 

I just don't understand how MC2 can have 10 players and stupid ass EA only puts 4 in there first attempt, that makes their first attempt a complete failure before it's even released. This joke of a game is completely off my wanted list.
