Glimpse of hope for no on-rails: Why would there be a directional arrow on the top if there was only one, guided route?
I don't know. Maybe there are multiple paths? It's probably not on-rails though, those screenshots could've been taken before they figured out the controls/button layout.
I've always liked the Battlefield series more than COD, so I guess that's why it's a bit more important to me.
WTF?!? Wheres the movement joystick???? This must be on rails!! But then again, it couldn't be because a multiplayer shooter on rails sounds f*k'd up, sorry for my language! In conclusion single player may be on rails (idc anyway) but multiplayer definetely aint! Edit: i think the movement joystick is invisible as well as the fire button (bottom left is iron sight button i reckon )
Call me weird, but I'd quite like a fire button on the left actually! It's clearly not going to be on rails for reasons already pointed out - a directional arrow and multiplayer
I'd rather it come out later than this week, else I have nothing to anticipate except for the fact that the game's going to be released. What have they done since the first announcement? Will this work on older devices? Are the graphics much better? What's so special about multiplayer compared to other FPS on the iDevices? What's going to be watered down from the console versions, if it even has any similarities? Those are just some questions I have -.-
Some info would be nice or I don't see the point of them announcing the game at all. They should have said nothing because that's basically what they told us
no, I don't agree. it could come out on the 29th or 30th. Although probably not on sat or sun. I don't the app team works the those days? anyway, most games I've seen haven't come out on the weekend.
