just notice the OSX version battle supremacy released yesterday and i am in love with it !! u guys should had create a thread about it on the mac app store forum let more people know about the osx version and how good is it work across osx +ios with icloud & game center support , Atypical Games & Foursaken media are the only developers doing a great job about that !
While i like that there's new map variation i found them rather boring compared to the original ones.10 KV1 (nine,i still prefer my sherman even with a fully upgraded KV1 in the garage)shooting from one spawn to another. ah wait,sometimes there's a Type 1 or T-34 as well.
Yeah, it gets disheartening when I use my Sherman, and the entire opposing force is KV1s and Tiger 2's, with the occasional Type 1 or T-34. My teams are usually out-armored unless I use my own KV1.
i bought a Mini retina yesterday and was looking forward to the (graphical)goodies it might bring to some games but i was very surprised to see that BS performs quite bad compared to my "old"iPad4.Most often it has very annoying framerate problems.And it doesn't even look much better now,that's ridiculous.PLEASE fix this or at least give me a settings menu where i can switch off some supa fancy fx.
I know there are some improvements but that doesn't help if it cost me 5-10 fps (with twice as much power than before).Some of the enhancements are even exaggerated.And the fps on the 4 was not perfect as well but totally ok.And it also looked great on the 4.Just gimme an option to deactivate the A7 enhancements and everything is alright.Just one evening and i lost the interest to play it anymore for now.And i sunk roundabout 50-60h into online battles...
Game Impressions HI, a couple of comments/issues from my view point as a new user. I have recently had a few games where the game has finished before I could even see any enemy tanks! I must have spawned on the far side of the map(s) and in a KV1 it takes a while BUT even so makes it a bit pointless. I assume the tanks moving sideways is just a graphics glitch BUT it sure makes it hard to shoot them! The Type1 is fast BUT it does seem to have an exponential increase in speed over the others despite ONLY having a top speed 1 more than the hellcat. It's ability to circle by going sideways and suddenly change direction is NOT the same as what any of the other tanks seem to be able to do. I would like the radar to show a scale (in metres) as to how far tanks are that appear on it. As you improve your radar stats the scale increases to show improved spotting distance. Lastly (for the moment ) a proper set of instructions. There is NO explanation as to what the icons for the various stats mean (yes I have found out by googling), there is no set of controls explanation (ie advanced ONLY works for aircraft) and double tapping the right side of the screen to recentre turret is ONLY listed in these forums. Also, does angling help with increasing the chance of bounce or none-penetrating hits? There are a LOT of variables that just are NOT covered in any help file and that would help a lot. thanks for the great game it is a lot of fun. Peter

6 vs 6 online match? I played number of hours but I only saw 5 vs 5. Does this game really support 6 vs 6 online match?
I use Churchill, it is crap...i max out the main gun, still super slow and the accuracy is the worest among all tanks. Probably it's strength is the heavy armor... Works alright, nothing impressive, but not bad neither.
hi, Although little feedback from my initial post above (thanks Greyskull but I have found the info via google (would have been easier if in the game itself!)) here is another observation. When upgrading the main gun the dispersion number goes DOWN with the later upgrades. EG the KV1 and tiger2 final gun upgrade is about 14 whilst Pz3 is about 30. I assume this means that the bigger gun is LESS accurate as it has been mentioned that bigger numbers mean better stats? Anyone actually confirm this?? Also, is it an error in the stats screen when upgrading say a gun and the stats do not show a change? or does it have a better effect anyway but just not shown?
is there a bug exist in the game ( OSX version )which will cause it unable to recognise to keyboard ? i am unable to type any button/chat / bind any keys / customize the controls with the keyboard
hell yea , its a MUST BUY , and its such a shame that so few developers did that well for that OSX + ios cross platform like foursaken media & Atypical games , others just seem dont care at all ... u have no idea how many email i have sent out just to ask if their Mac app store game support game center + icloud Game Center is quite possibly one of Apple’s most underdeveloped presences on the iOS collection. Very few companies such as Apple with devices such as the iPad and iPhone & mac OSX can claim to have established such a unifying system across different platforms. The least they could do with it is develop it more fully. While many of these suggested changes and additions would reasonably be dictated by the player and the developer, they could easily draw much more attention to Apple’s gaming apps and network, increasing both revenue and pleasure for all.
and the battle supremacy Mac app store version looks absolutely gorgeous when you crank it up to ultra display details , comparable with all those AAA games out there
There's only one way to find out For a company that's made Sky Gamblers & nice games like this , my measly $5 will gladly be theirs.
Some upgrades are less than 1 (something like 0.8) so the display doesn't show an improvement, but the damage is increased
