Installed on iPhone 4S with ios 7.0.4 and 311mb of free space left after installation. Did a full hard reset after downloading (turned phone completly off then on). Game runs perfectly fine with very little lag. 3 mission in now and no crashes.
Multiplayer problems/improvements 1.) KILL ASSISTS or you should get the majority of points based on the percentage of damage you've already done. Nothing gripes me more than solely getting a tank down to 1%-15%, and then have somebody else steal your kill. 2.) TEAM WORK POINTS There is no incentive for creative teamwork and this game begs for it. If I use the fast Japanese tank, and bait enemy tanks to shoot at me while my team surprise-flanks them, there should be some incentive. 3.) OBJECTIVES Take out or defend a command center. Destroy enemy town/ etc., etc., 4.) CO-OP The single player campaign is a chore. Making it 2-4 players would really help it shine. 5.) SMOKE !!!! Add some kind of visual defense. Smoke would make things much more engaging in multiplayer. 6.) DETAILED UPGRADES Instead of having just the 5 areas of upgrade, have each be selective. It would be great to dump all your upgrade into reload speed instead of a generic "gun upgrade". I really do commend A-typical Games for making a quality title. This is definitely the best tank game on iOS, for now. It just feels a little rushed, and that this might be some sort of beta test for a bigger idea they have down the line. I can't see myself going any further once I've unlocked the tanks online, because of the lack of variety in gameplay. Before A-typical makes new content, I'd suggest they work on what keeps customers coming back for more.
Is there an option to disable the people screaming when you kill someone? And an option to disable the commentator when you shoot someone?
There's options in the options funnily enough Honestly not sure what it does as I didn't try, but looks like it would disable all pre-recorded radio chatter so give it a try!
True, but just a bit more deeper colours and less of a animated washed out game with a bit more dept to it. The games basically ok But just not for me.
Well, whatever others opinions are, I'm having a blast with the game. Finally a great tank warfare game on iOS (the best IMO anyway) and the flying and boating is just icing on the cake. Castle Doombad is a lot of fun and will probably take this week's GoTW, but this will be getting my vote.
This game is so good yet has so much more potential its unbelievable! A very good foundation us there to make it into almost anything. I've only just scratched the surface yet I'm very happy with this. Game of the week definitely.
Totally agree. I have but 2 gripes - the floaty imprecise zoomed aiming and spawn trapping in multiplayer. A tank shld have precision aiming especially when sitting still. Other than those issues, excellant production value and a ton of fun to be had all around. Cheers!
It know it's super early but it going to be hard for any game to take GOTY away from this game for me.
Yes, I may be taking the game a little harshly but when you compare it to other games on the market such as Castle Doombad, or even simple games like Tilt to Live 2, the same experience just isn't as accessable in Battle Supremacy. I'll keep the game for a while in case a new update comes out with some refinements for the gameplay, but as for now, I really don't think it's quite worth it. All is my personal opinion, just sharing it with others.
This game is freaking amazing like wtf how can people dislike this game???? It's so worth $4.99 maybe even $9.99. Like the poster said 2 posts above me, the development team put so much effort into this game. From the programmers to the GFX guys. A nice AAA quality game on IOS.
If you think its depressing reading it, try being in a room with any developer/publisher and putting forward the notion of a premium product rather than a freemium one. Posts, feedback, market research and such containing opinion like that always get thrown back at ya. That's extremely depressing. Especially when something that is as high quality as this is seen as not being worth 5 dollars and should be 99c by some. Its stuff like that which makes....Ah, anyway, forget it. This game is extremely high quality. Yes, there are some little things here and there that could do with some tweaking, floaty nature of auto centre with aim assist being one, but the team behind this are excellent and as a couple of guys on the dev team have been on here, we can be pretty sure they are taking the feedback seriously. I've loved all there previous games. Their production values, graphics and balancing for multiplayer in particular are standouts on iOS. And this one just raises the bar even higher. I'll admit their campaigns lack a bit of something, a bit more personality maybe, but there's always plenty in there and I've considered them somewhat of a training ground for multiplayer in something of this nature of game, but there is still plenty to do offline in the campaigns. In short, this really is a gold standard as far as this type of game on iOS. Easily, super easily worth the 5 bucks and a hell of a lot more than that. I bought plenty of the extra content iap in all their other games and I'll happily be doing the same thing with this one if and when they add stuff in the same way. Their last two games are still on device device since they launched, they are that good. This one will be staying on for a long time to come as well because it is simply that good also and I find their stuff a breath of fresh air for iOS games. In other words, everybody should buy it, its brilliant and a lot of fun with plenty of depth if you chose to use it. And give them feedback if you find something that you think could be better. From what I've seen they do listen. It'd also be nice to see a premium game make an impact for a change.
I fully agree with Rip73. This game is worth not $5 but $20. It's set the bar and benchmark for gaming and I hope well get a lot more games of this quality. And this is just the release version!!! On my ipad 4 smooth as butter. We want to encourage devs who come out with games of this quality. They've made a real battlefield and I dread how much awesome it'll get when they tweak it a bit and expand it to maybe foot soldiers if they can. The thing is the battlefield environment is there. From that they can create all sorts of missions involving troops, special forces etc. this could eventually become the Far Cry of ios. I feel bad I paid only $5 as if I stole something. Very rarely games offer such fantastic settings and quality. It's not gold standard but diamond standard!!
