The IAP were always for campaigns or commanders (difficulty) I thought - can you select and play Endgame, Bradley or Manteuffel? some Slitherine games only ask you to buy IAP once the relevant campaign is selected. Would be good to know!
Yep, its a thing- the whole deal is 9.99, and theres no more iap. I just started endgame against Bradley, then read the design notes.
