      I agree on the pocket legends. Although I wish I could play wesnoth now (no wifi at work :()

      Very nice use of the larger screen real-estate. Now this is a nice upgrade from cramped view from the iPhone version.

      pah, at this rate we'll never get ipads in the UK so i'll just have to hope that update 5 for the iphone with the improved framerate comes out soon :)

      I bought from ebay ($200 markup, ouch!) and shipped to Vietnam...

      Yeah, I bought mine on eBay and had it shipped to Australia. Actually pretty good, $50-$100 markup with shipping.

      Good luck! I have $1.19 saved up in my account for BfW HD!

      Wow, wish I had known. Could have saved you some money in exchange for a beta user license :) There were like 10 more available at the best buy 2 minutes from my house. Nobody really knew they were getting any and lined up are the block at the Apple store.

      Man the wait is killing me. Aside from Lux Delux, Wesnoth is my favorite iPhone app, the thought of the extra screen real estate actually being used to show more of the map in Wesnoth is too awesome for words. I guess with the customs hangup it'll be a few more weeks of settling for the screen doubler on the iPad tho :(

      I'm really interested in getting this, however I have a concern. If I buy it on the iPhone and start playing it once the iPad version comes out will I have to start all over or will the ability to save and load regardless of platform be installed in the iPad edition and an update for the iPhone version?

      I just don't want to invest 30 hours to have to start all over.

      I mentioned this in the iphone wesnoth thread.

      Kyle said (I believe it's in this thread as well) that there will be syncing over wifi between iPhone, iPad, and even the desktop version!

      Yes, saved game syncing is coming in Episode 5, however the first iPad release will be Episode 4. But don't worry, there are plenty of other campaigns to keep you busy in the meantime :D
