Man, are you kidding me? All he's using is basic proper grammar and sentence structure. I don't get how people on the internet feel like they can type however they want with the excuse "This isn't school, trololololo." It's really stupid of them, since it's only making them look as if they don't have anything even approaching grasp of the English language. Notes on the game - from the videos above, it doesn't seem like this game offers much else besides cut-scene, fight, cut-scene, BOSS FIGHT, cut-scene, die, start over, cut-scene, FIIIIIIGHT. No exploration, or puzzle elements.

I have been reading quite a bit on this thread and I have come to this conclusion. I have 1600 app, so...what's one more. I love Batman, I love IB and IB2...yes, I have seen ALL the videos, Yes, I have gone back and forth on this Batman Game, but I will say, It does look entertaining and humans like to be entertained. I'll post my review at about 8:30pm tonight; since I live on the west coast.
When I saw this pop up on the TA forums my initial reaction was "sweet jesus me gusta! " After clicking the thread, looking at screenshots I thought "what could go wrong?" Then I watched Sanukus and Der-Kleine's videos (thanks guys!) Definitely won't be picking this up. I just finished the first infinity blade a week ago, I still want to buy II (just having a rest and waiting for bug fixes) but this looks pretty repetitive and with very little customization. Actually if there is customization then it doesn't appear to change the look of your character (BATMAN!) very much... while in IB all the gear you'd get (okay okay except rings) would change your character and make you feel *proud*... kind of, of having achieved this sword, usually by giving you the "holly shit I look badass" effect. While I haven't played the Batman console games (really want to) I really don't think this is for me. Mind me, I haven't played the game! But from the videos, the music, the controls and the overall fun/drive level don't seem very appealing to me. The graphics are all right I guess... But if you want a good IB clone, pick up The Dark Meadow which in my opinion is crazy good! Also not to troll, but having to read through 4 pages of unnecessary discussion between 2-4 people is really not needed I guess I'll wait for some "extensive impressions" till then, this just doesn't appeal to me however much I love Batman, a name/trademark won't save a game. Now please release lego harry potter 5-7!
this is worst than on rail...IT HAS NO EXPLORATION AT ALL if WB made a port of arkham city with worse graphics i would be so ####ing happy...
WOW was busy at work today and just got on the forums now to find this! AWESOME I don't care what anybody says this looks awesome to me. Yes it's very similar to Infinity Blade, but since when is that a bad thing? watched Sanuku's videos and I think I'm gonna love this game. looks like WB did a great job with this game
This looks like Batman IB style...and I don't think that's a bad thing at all. Seems like a good bit of customization to stats with cosmetics coming in with different costumes. I don't understand why everyone will praise IB I and II for having perfect game mechanics for the device and then trash this for trying to do the same with the Batman franchise. To each his own but this is a definite instabuy for me
It seems like there's very few actual impressions on this thread. Only a few people have played it and some don't like it but that leaves me on the fence since no one has played it extensively.... hmm...
This is sounding and looking worse than Blood and Glory. I say its looking worse because it is such a poor excuse of a Batman license usage. With such an amazing console game out, you'd expect there to be an equal quality mobile version of the game's dark theme and action. If it was going to be like Infinity Blade style, it better have some in depth kick-ass mechanics and something unique to Batman. SO LAME!

You guys do make me laugh. First you're all virtually orgasmic about the game's imminent release and then, based on a short trailer and a few negative comments by someone, you're all writing it off in the same breath. And all for a game that hasn't even been released yet. (Apart from NZ, obviously). Guys, calm down a bit. Wait for it to actually be released. Perhaps even read a review or two. Watch the inevitable gameplay trailers that will spring up on YouTube. Then make a decision on whether to buy it or not. You can't judge a game as good or bad based on what little information there is on this thread so far.
This place is getting worse by the day. New game threads are full of petty, pathetic arguments which quickly stray away from the game completely and just turn into people trying to get the upper hand/last word etc. This is not supposed to be a place where people come to argue and be nasty. People should be able to voice their opinions (whatever they may be.) and not be attacked for it but they should also do it in the correct way. Just because someone disagrees with someone else or has a differing opinion it does not make them wrong or stupid. Some people on here need to relax a bit and THINK before they start typing their responses. Just because you are hidden behind a screen and a keyboard doesn't mean that you can just say whatever you want regardless of the outcome.

Very eloquently put! You are totally right IMO. Unfortunately, lots of people act exactly like that, and it's been like this for a long while, but, with so many here being so young and exibiting their immaturity, and some who are older and show the same, sometimes you just have to be patient and scroll through 20 or so posts to get to the ones that are pertinent to the thread and have constructive info that you want to hear. Maybe someone should start an adult only TA. You end up having to consider the source and just move on.
Judged by the videos, this doesn't look much worse than Infinity Blade. + it has Batman So...why not?
