Well I'm not a fan of scribblenauts really but Lego potter was my wife's favorite game so far. But yeah I guess you're right with this developer. But I did say 'usually' -~
I swear there is something wrong with my iPod touch 4g and UE3 games. I load to title, select save game slot, it starts to load some more and then crashes!
Got nothing bad to say, but haven't seen or heard anything constructive here yet, so I 'll wait 'n' see later.
Very initial impressions : . WB please don't try and reinvent the wheel. This is infinity blade in Gotham city, put arrows in the corner for dodging please. By having us tap anywhere on the sides all you do is reduce the space we have available for actually attacking. . Decent game, good potential, feels abit clunky to me but that's probably because in the back of my head I'm comparing it constantly to valve's titles. . Mission based system is nice, iap prices on outfits not so much so... But the price isn't insane so I'm not complaining all that much. Only about 10 minutes into the game, more impressions will follow.
This is an awesome game. I just wish they would add harder difficulties and give the enemies more moves(blocking , dodging , pushing) stuff to make it seem more realistic. The graphics are out of this world on iOS lol just saying. I hope they update this game and keep up with it by adding new bosses and new enemies and make this game worth the 6 dollars i spent. I would hate if this was just how they left the game.
Nice more impressions! I might have to get it myself and add my own thoughts. It's also nice to hear from people that like IB so we can see how they really compare.
ok just a warning to 3rd gen users, the game lags HORRIBLY on my iphone 3GS and ipod touch 3rd gen. As for the game itself, it has some potential but it feels rushed and lacks polish.
Its a common mistake, but there's a big difference between developer and publisher. Yes, WB Games published the games you mentioned, and I thank them for doing it. However-- NetherRealm developed this Batman game. 5th Cell developed Scribblenauts (Iron Galaxy did the iOS port) Traveller's Tales (or rather their handheld group TT Fusion) developed Lego Harry Potter. Credit where credit's due.
Glad you are here to clarify things. But I'm not hearing any roaring excitement yet. It seems like a game you would be forced to like cause it's so cool looking but not much oomf. I'll stick to IB2 /Btale. It's kinda gimmicky looking based on what has been seen. Someone prove me wrong please(except for you saucy)!
Do you actually get to wander round the city, or is it straight from the menu into a fight and back to menu again?
