The first person to say "I'm waiting for it to go free" gets a kick in the nether region. Edit: didn't see this You, sir, go flush your iOS device down the toilet. Connector Well-Known Member May 6, 2012 15,512 1 0 In the Chatroom http://thechatroom.freeforums.net/ #19 Connector, Dec 20, 2012 Well, a decent iphone 5 with 32 gb mem is what, $300, so it's only $300 if you think about it that way. But yeah, it is a little bit of money, but well worth it, and you can carry it around with you everywhere. Plus it makes a really good console game system on your tv with hdmi out. But yeah, wait for the ipad mini retina. That should be pretty bitchin when it comes out. Appletini Well-Known Member Jan 8, 2011 2,564 0 0 Ankh-Morpork #20 Appletini, Dec 20, 2012 Unless you really need a newer phone, grab yourself a 4th-gen iPad. Better all-round for gaming, and gives you access to both iPhone and iPad games. Part of the reason I moved to the iPad instead of the 5th-gen iPod Touch was the iPad-exclusive board games, the better presentation and more fluid gameplay in universal titles, and (once the patch hits) Baldur's Gate. Not to mention I've never had trouble selling Apple devices for around 80% of what I paid for them, so that initial investment carries over as I upgrade and means I only ever really pay full price for hardware once.
