Thanks for bumping the thread. As always, every time this thread is bumped, I check the Lebanese App Store to see if Bastion (among other Warner Bros. apps) has finally been put on our store (despite the fact that I've owned Bastion on my US account for quite a while now...call me crazy, but I hate juggling accounts)...and guess what? It's finally there!!! Considering I bought it for a $1, I had no problem finally plopping down $5. Might as well get Scriiblenauts too! And thus ends MC's "COME ON WARNER!" saga. Thank you for finally having all your apps on the Lebanese store. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Just a note for those enjoying this who also play games on their PC: this game is really delightful on any platform, and Steam frequently has this on sale for just a few bucks (I got mine for $4). I'm sure this has been said before, but it's definitely worth grabbing if you want another Bastion fix.
Last time I checked Bastion wasn't on the Uruguayan store either. I was surprised I could find it today and for 1 buck, I also got Scribblenautsn which also wasn't there when I looked for it about 1 year ago.
What is the size installed and how does it plays on the Iphone 4s cause I know that it play better on the Ipad but I don't have one ?
Finished up Bastion just now.. Nice ending to it, and the length of the game was just right. Really enjoyed the art, combat, and narration. About time I completed the game on one platform. Not something I'd replay in quite a while though. Didn't find the game very challenging; it was extremely easy if you can dodge roll well. Reminded me of Kingdom Hearts, lol. Used the dueling pistols and then then fang repeaters. The FR was so OP after it was full upgraded.
It plays well on the 4s. I had no problem at all with gameplay. I was pissed off because it supposedly used iCloud for savegames, but it didn't work (at least for me...)
Am I the only one who related this to kingdom hearts? Not in gameplay and story wise, but in the way that both games are so magical, and have something that 99.9999% of games will never have... Maybe I'm crazy.
I bought it blind on full price because it was so great on the 360. I didn't even scroll down to see the "at least 4s" warning. Damn...but I don't regret it. I'm just looking forward to buy a new iPhone so I can play this. What I'm trying to say: GET IT, It's awesome!
Try activating the idols...The challenge will come there plus you need to play the new game plus to fully unlock everything... I always activate an idol when I get it so that the difficulty progresses..You will really feel a significant change in difficulty with 4-5 idols activated on the shrine.. Again new game plus is a must for this game...
