Universal Bastion (by Supergiant Games)

It's not just Norway, it's also other countries. I've heard that Bastion isn't available in Singapore nor Israel, for example.

This is the reply I got from Andrew Wang, from the Supergiant dev team, if someone gets another response from WB, please also post, anyway, this is from Andrew:

Unfortunately, due to publishing restrictions, Bastion may not be available in your regional App Store. We are investigating whether there's anything we can do to address this but ultimately the decision is not within our control. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please note other versions of the game may be available in your region.

This game is soooo good i just beat it, great story, amazing art, great narration, multiple weapons to choose from and different power-ups deffinetly a must have! They should add a multiplayer way to do the story or maybe a multiplayer pvp mode because they do have a good amount of weapons

 

I'm curious to know what they mean by other versions of the game...If its somewhat a lite or incomplete version then I wish they did not bother for it will only heighten the longing and in a sense a little bittersness for me(which I'm already getting over bit by bit)..If they mean they will add some content as a means of an apology then by all means do so..

 

Windows, Mac OS X, Xbox 260, Linux, Onlive and Chrome/Google Play, most likely. Apparently, these publishing restrictions only pertain to some versions of the game, which means that while Norwegians might be able to purchase Bastion via Steam in their home country, the Norwegian App Store might be Bastion-less, something I think Supergiant want to put emphasis on.

Interesting. Played this on Steam. Not available in my country's app store, though. Hope you guys have fun with it. I'll bet iPad 3 owners' eyes are popping out playing this game, heh.

I really wish this were iphone compatible. My ipad was stolen at the midway airport by a TSA member in June. It was the new ipad also They recovered my laptop but haven't had any updates on my iPad. Its games like this that are a real kick in the teeth for me right now :/

 

Keeps crashing on the final level. Really annoying as its a very long level and it has no save points. Overall the game is much easier than on the PC so far.

 

Don't get your hopes up - Scribblenauts was also published by WB and never hit some AppStores around the world. Seems like a similar issue here.

 

Incredible game, there's not a lot of quality games like that on iOS.
Great story, great design, great gameplay, I had a blast. Thanks a lot to the devs for porting this, hope they make a lot of money, so that one day I can play Bastion 2 on an iPad.

What a wonderful game. If you own a new iPad its a must buy!

Then I saw it was an action RPG?

Awesome. It absolutely diserved it. I'm almost through the game. Last level. And will play it from scratch again when I'm done. This is so much fun!
