That score bug is pretty painfull. Just had 46 medals, but when I return to my team screen it's back to 19 medals. It's a miracle TA2 is at 1 with this bug, otherwise we would have 250+ medals or something
I'm probably just an unobservant moron, but I can't piece together what the trophies/medals mean. I seem to get an equal number of each whenever I get either.
Its currently bugged. But trophys and medals are earned when you win. When you lose a match, you also lose a medal.

Also, I guess (007)EasyMoney of team Clannad is the 'nobody's a good match for you' bot because I've been matched with them pretty much every match I've played off and on all day...and if they're playing that much, they shouldn't still be level 5. If I'm supposed to lose a medal when I lose, I don't wanna play that bot no more...it's tough! So how is team ranking determined? Number of medals? How do trophies factor in?

Oh lol! Yeah I played against him almost all the time! Although I won most of those matches. I now learned bots do actually rage quit hahaha.
There are no bots. Our server was under such heavy load that there were likely caching issues at play which made it look like that player's rank hadn't changed You don't actually lose a medal in a defeat. All of this craziness has been due to a combination of a few local bugs being exacerbated by these intense server issues. The server side is all sorted out now, and Apple approved an expedited review for this latest update so it will hopefully be available to you all within 24 hours. Here's how it's all supposed to work: if you win a game, you earn one Medal and one Trophy. Medals: Team competition is based around Medal count. At the end of each week, your Medal count resets. Leaving your Team also resets your personal Medal count. Medals are a reflection of your weekly activity and your loyalty to your Team. Trophies: Trophies are persistent, and a Team's total is the direct sum of all members' Trophies. When you leave your Team, you retain your Trophies, and your Team's Trophy count immediately decreases. If you join a new team, your Trophy count is immediately added to theirs.
thats clear enough lol , anyway i ve always matched up with that guy with the china flag lol. so about the award, let say the first prize 10000 gold, so all the team members share the golds or what? and if so, it depends on certain ratio or everyobe in the team gets the same?
Yeah, if there are no bots, then that Dude from China is playing an awful lot and making zero progress. Thanks for the info on the medals/trophies! The pay-to-win with how gold-intensive the later balls are bothers me a bit, but 1) being on the #1 team and 2) the fact that the game IS fun and addictive are helping offset that a bit.
Thanks L0ck! Keep in mind that we're able to dial in matchmaking more and more as the user base increases. As that happens, the advantage of the better balls becomes slimmer, because you're more likely to be matched against players with similar equipment and rank.
Yeah I've played easymoney from China like 27 times today. I don't think I've played anyone else at all actually.
