I keep trying to create Touch Arcade 3 but nothing shows up in the text bar. Is this happening to anyone else? Can someone else create the team and give me a code?
devs, how come when i have changed team from coolteam to TA2 , the team points of coolteam have dropped ftom 170 to 68 ? and is it possible to make a patch so that we could see other teams information not just the team you belongs to ? thx P.S the team scores aren't updating again.....
Not sure if I want that since there is no way of making a back up for my profile. Any ETA for the update?
A team's medal count is based on the number of trophies of active members. If you leave a Team, their totals will drop. It usually takes Apple about 1 week to approve

I had several medals an hour ago from multiplayer but they seem to have disappeared now, and new medals aren't showing up at the top of the screen anymore... Am I missing something?
me too, can the dev explain how the team medal works? sometimes if i win few rounds but it doesnt increase the team medals at all...
It's a rare bug that's been made common by the crazy load our server is under right now. We're working to restore order as fast as possible

Same here, everything wiped back at the tutorial. Edit**My account is back but has me at 9 medals and 40 trophies..., I was in the high 30s for medals before the crash. Also rank is lost, Gold is zero, and all the balls are locked.
