Nothing back from the dev after criticism = not wanting to address issues outside of technical problems. I'm out. You got my money, you got my feedback, you don't want to address any constructive feedback. This game had great potential to be something much more than it is. I'll leave any future games of yours to other people to get suckered into. Good luck buddy.....
Even after the update this game is ridiculously not fun . Make it an auto runner and always have ammo geesh
I think we need to give the dev a little more time to hammer things out. Chief, I totally get your frustration but not everyone is like you or I. I can tell you are the type that tells it like it is. I love that. You always know where you stand. But not everyone reacts the same to that. I can see this dev has updated both of his games in the last few days. He may not have even checked this forum. It takes Apple up to 2 weeks to approve things and that's after he would make and test appropriate changes. I say give it a little more time. This person made Wave Wave. It seems to carry a lot of respect. So let's wait and see. And since I opened my big mouth it's only fair I open my wallet. Purchased and downloading now. Billy
True true. I will cede to that wisdom You know me and the love for indie devs. I see a TON of potential here. And I will leave it at that
Not sure how much this has improved from all the early feedback but I think it's pretty good. It's difficult & the batting could use more range but it isn't that bad.i would like it if once you tap to bat it would keep spinning until you tap again to hit. Anyway, I think it's worth a try from a good dev that does big meaningful updates. More is coming!!
Hi everyone, I received the loveliest support email this morning, then realised that a few reviews of Baseball Apocalypse had gone live. Then I jumped on the forums and read your latest messages of encouragement and engagement. I'm really humbled. Failing to execute well on the first release of the game, and getting accurate feedback reflecting that, was a real pain point for me, so what I did was pretty much bury my head in other commitments and move on. I just wanted to let you know that receiving these messages has made my day, and I can also see an expectation for further improvements in future updates. In terms of content updates, time-wise I can't guarantee anything, but I believe, like you, that the game can still improve in it's mechanics. So I'll continue to try and improve the game to bring it to the level it should have been (and the level I could see in my head but couldn't deliver)! Thank you all so much! You guys are seriously the best. I really wasn't expecting this <3 Tom
