The game is CONSTANTLY crashing on my ipad 4. No other apps open either. Probably gonna get a refund.
This is the only thing in the game that I see as a bad design choice. If she's simply meant to be a heal button, rather than a part of the team to level up, then simply remove her and add a healing riff for Brad to play. I don't want to have to keep one of my teammate slots empty just to have room for a healer when I need one. Seems to go against the game's own design. As it stands now, it seems better just to fill that slot with another damage dealer. If one dies, just summon a new one. With bacon and fish on the side-lines, I don't really need a healer for Brad.
A critical bug for me right now is that my game doesn't proceed to the next wave (this is happening on both my save slots), so I can't progress in the game anymore. An intermittent but is not being able to use your stun, or sometimes your abilities (damage/speed/defense), but those aren't gamebreaking (a big inconvenience but at least I can still progress through the game).
It happens all the time some time after completing the level 15 boss. I made a new game and it eventually occurred after that point. The problem is that it becomes a global error for that save slot, so any other game I play using that save slot fails to continue the wave.
I have the exact same problem, also started after I completed wave 16. Now any game I start it will only play through the first wave regardless of which wave I start on.
Ya I think what's happening is that the enemyKillCount is somehow being set to an invalid number, then when we post the achievemt to GameCentre, it throws an error, and breaks the wave manager / loading screen. That would explain why it seems to affect a save slot permenantly. Try disabling GameCentre and see if it goes away. Also, PM me if you would like to help test the new build and confirm fixes before we submit it to Apple. I have one now that I think addresses the vast majority of bugs.
ran into an issue basically my whole game got reset somehow. i think i was at level 6 or 7, dont' recall if i closed 'improperly' or what (i.e. just hit the ipad's button after a level was done). next day when i went to play some more my save said 0/21 levels and 0 gold (or whatever the original starting amount was). it let me restore my flaming axe purchase, but still disappointing. like the game otherwise
Great game! Hope you guys can manage to get to fixes out quickly. Having to reset the game every time I die is getting old. I think I ran into a problem with the shaman. He seems like stay away from Brad more, as if the body spray perk is not working on him as well. Is he just really smelly or is this a bug?
Just bought the game and cannot play it freezes on opening screen. Restarted several times. IOS 7 iPad 3. Any solution ? Or do I go for refund?
The game crashing at the end of the game or not being able to proceed to the next wave can be solved by turning off Game Center (for now).
