Sound effect works well for me.. It has sounds when dragons use their breath, magic and sword attack has also different sound effects..
Thanks for explaining that, I guess I missed that part of the tutorial by accident. Probably just skipped through it by tapping carelessly. Although it would be nice if there was a help menu in there. Also, does this game not have any sound effects? Turned both sound options on, but all I hear is music both in and out of battle. And does anyone else think of Pokemon stadium or the legend of Zelda when listening to some of these sweet beats?
I'm getting this random screen freeze at the world map.. I'm guessing that i was attacked there, and just disconnected.. My internet connection was stable though.. I've only defended 2 or 3 times after all this time..
I looked at the post of Dacove at page 28 and can understand parts of it, but not all. Is there somebody who does understand the mechanics of the weapons/armors and could give a few examples? I've got the units and potions down, but the items are missing me.
Who better than me can explain that, hum? I'm still working with 13 chars code and this was tested on v1.0 For readability I'll reduce all the patterns into one : 0000000000000 Black is the weapon type Red is the Inchant value and it's type (we'll come to it later) Underline is the value of the first stat (Atk for weapons and Def for armors) Bold is the value of the second stat (Spd for weapons and Sta for armors) Let's take the front page weapon list : Code: 1H Sword S - Scimitar 13Atk/13Spd/3Def 8348542231643 Claymore S 18 8Spd 2Atk 9348542231642 Spadone S 19Atk/8Spd/2Def 9348542231643 Long bow S 8Atk/16Spd/4Def 9348542241643 Staff S - Bone staff 23Atk/8Spd/4Atk 2348542231642 Staff S - Mithril wand 24Atk/8Spd/4Def 2348542231643 Staff S - Short staff 26Atk/8Spd/4Spd 2348542231644 2H sword S - Spadone 20Atk/8Spd/5Def 6558138343053 Spear S - Glaive 18Atk/10Spd/12Crt 6558138382334 Spear S - Bulge 17Atk/6Spd/5Atk 9544290654214 All S weapons, so they have kinda nice stats (since rank is determined by the overall of the item or unit stats, but this does not include inchant !) The staffs are a good start since we have 3 of them with really similar stats. 2348542231644 seem to be the best of the 3, only the last digit (stat 1) changed, if you try with a 5, you'll end up with a R+ staff with a really bad attack, so 4 is the best for this digit, do the same for the rest of the stats digits to max them while ignoring Inchant value for now. As for Inchant, we have a really nice example with the first spear, +12 now that's really nice (it's actually the maximum I got on a spear when trying to figure out how Inchant worked) 6558138382334, we'll strip this code from it's weapon type but keep the stats (you'll see why in a moment) We end up with this : 0058108302334 Now if you first tried to find the right digits for the stats, you'll see that this is a near perfect code and we'll change just a thing to make it the very best 0058108302364 Here we go, a nice staff :3 As for the type of the inchant, it is currently a crit one ( (5+1+8+3+2+3+4) mod 20 = 6 ) And as previously stated : Code: 1 hp 2 atk 3 def 4 spd 5 sta 6 crit the rest does not grant any enchant So we need to subtract from a digit to get another Inchant type. My preference goes for the second 8 since this digit does not modify the inchant value, only it's type. (this one : 0058108302364 ) Inchant should be near maximal but I didn't test for values, so if you find a better one, don't forget to share it . Also, if some of you have some time to spare I think it would be really cool to know the "id" of each items (the sum of it's type digits). Right now I remember these ones : Code: 11 glad weapon 14 staff 15 magic armor 16 physical armor (minus glad) 24 staff 33 spear Seeing as the staff appear 2 times in this list it seem like there is 10 items "type" but i would like to validate this theory (seeing as this concern armors and weapons without distinctions) If this prove to be correct and if I get enough data I'll see if I can code something to know what a 13 digits code could give (probably an excel worksheet) And maybe see how shorter codes behave.
Awesome work there Dacove, I succeeded in making a team of best stat guys with best equipment. Just a question: Since the game doesn't allow to scan the same codes twice is there a way to get multiple best stat heroes? I'm in need of another best S ranger, but can't make one, because of the limitation. I've found out how to do this with weapons/armors (just increase/decrease the first two digits), but it's no good with heroes.
Hehe, you've answered your own question in a sense : since you cannot make the same "best stat" unit twice due to the code being the same, you just need to make something a little inferior to it. In order to do so, just subtract 1 from one of the digits (see my post page 28 for the link between digit and stat) For a ranger I would suggest either reducing Sta or reducing Def since these two have a low influence for this class.
I would definitely lower stamina. Defense is somewhat useful. I never see my ranger run out of stamina tbh. Btw don't bother enchanting over +6. I made it to +7 and I failed at +8 and my equipment went down to +5!!!! It went down 2 ranks!
Thanks ever so much Dacove, all credit to you. I have figured out what you wouldn't give away, and managed to work out the perfect codes for any weapon or armour with any enchantment. These all have the highest possible stats and enchantment stat gains. I only managed this because of your research so thanks! Your next post would have helped a lot haha, but you hadn't posted it before I'd done working it out. I know some people want to figure these out on their own, but now that Dacove has explained pretty much everything apart from the codes themselves, anyone who wants them can have them. I will not tell you how to get more than one of each weapon even though it is possible, and from what Dacove has already given out it is not difficult to figure out how. Can't be giving out everything . Best weapons and armour in the game by enchantment XX58103305364 - spd XX58102305364 - def XX58102205364 - atk XX58101205364 - hp XX58104305364 - sta XX58104405364 - crit If XX= 01 = cloth armour 02 = leather armour 03 = mail armour 04 = platemail armour 05 = plate armour 00 = staff 06 = 1h sword 07 = 2h sword 08 = bow 09 = halberd Thanks again to Dacove, I now have perfect characters with perfect equipment and a load of perfect potions!!! I also have a couple of unrelated questions... How do you get daily quests? I haven't had any yet, though I have been offline until a few hours ago so maybe this explains it. Also, aswell as the usual parties that have been discussed I want to try one with multiple warlocks and see how it goes, they seem very powerful and only lacking in speed. I think someone already mentioned potions made this work very well, but I am wondering which stat I should sacrifice. Anyone have any suggestions for the stat warlocks need least?
List of S Rank Pets… So far I have acquired the following: Black Dragon Red Dragon White Dragon Silver Dragon Ifrit Metal Golem Dark Elf Mage Lich Are there any other S rank pets I might be missing?
Impressive, how are you managing to rack up pets so fast? Are you buying from the caravan, or grinding dungeons?
Gold Costs to Level Hey all, Incase you want to know what a level up is going to cost I put this together for Levels 1-40 (Not sure if it varies by class/rank but this is for an S Rank Warlock) 1) 0 2) 500 3) 900 4) 1700 5) 2900 6) 4500 7) 6500 8) 8900 9) 11700 10) 14900 11) 18500 12) 22500 13) 26900 14) 31700 15) 36900 16) 42500 17) 48500 18) 54900 19) 61700 20) 68900 21) 76500 22) 84500 23) 92900 24) 101700 25) 110900 26) 120500 27) 130500 28) 140900 29) 151700 30) 162900 31) 174500 32) 186500 33) 198900 34) 211700 35) 224900 36) 238500 37) 252500 38) 266900 39) 281700 40) 296900 Sell Value at Level 40 is 1,560,500 Gold
Buying AP Potions and then using them to buy rare eggs for 10 AP pots. Costly though effective. Grinding dungeons also yields S rank pets though it is extremely Rare.
Okay I'll make it known: you can have multiple units/items with the same code. I don't really feel like testing it but I believe it's linked either to leveling the subject up first till the secondary stats (spd, sta, crt) improve by 1, app closure, or a time factor. I've got 4 max rangers atm with the same equips. Items are easier to dupe though since you can just play with the code and switch numbers around to get the same thing. I like to classify the items as so: Staff Bow Sword Spear 2-hand sword Cloth Leather Chain Heavy Plate Presently, Diablo 3 is keeping me away from barcodes but I'd like to improve the items on the first page.
Tested this just now and Echoen is correct, I just got another maxed ranger. Although I have closed my app and levelled since the last scan so I am unsure of the reason also.
If no one knows why I am not getting dailies, can they please explain what they look like? Is it a pop up that tells me i have one or is it a marker on the map that says daily quest?
Have you done any of the other quests lately? If all you do is the colosseum, pet dungeons or invade other castles, the daily challenge won't appear. The dailies have an orange shadow.
Yes, I have. I have done loads while offline at least, but not so many since I came online. Are the dailies an online only feature? If they are not then this is very strange because I have not had a single one in many hours playing today, but if they are this may explain my problem and maybe I will get my first one tomorrow. I have quests with blue, red, grey but no orange ones.
Try a mission you haven't done. All you need is to start a mission and provided it's a new day, the daily should pop up right after confirming your unit selection. Btw, there's a speed stat cap where anything above that value is useless. It's around 120. I noticed this when I had every unit speed-enchanted with my archer over 160 and yet my sorc would always attack first with just over 120 speed. Units have a priority in taking their turn when everyone is at the cap. Unit selection order does not affect the turn order. Needs more observation. I was also trying to figure out how glads could become a real tank and not just dead weight. In my party of 2 rangers, an archer, and a sorc, my archer was always the first target followed by one of my rangers. I presumed the AI went for the unit with the lowest HP but it looks deeper than that. Glad special: ~200~250% attack to his current target Ranger special: 100% atk x3 hits on up to 3 random targets Glads won't attack till after 3 ranger attacks (edit: and speed-enchanted). The ranger could have dealt up to 900% atk in that same time frame (crit enchant) while the glad might just deal 100%.
