Why? Because it differs from your political opinion? Your a mod try to stay un-biased.

It is a fact he is the winner not opinion. I changed it from a question mark so people would not argue about that. People can still say if they think he deserves it or not.

So an exclamation point isn't bias? Since when. If that's the case, no punctuation marks

Having a question mark is still perfectly valid.

SpiffyOne, I totally agree with you but, I don't give a flying rats ass about politics. TheGameReaper, you're 13 and you're in to politics? I'm 13 and I could care less about politics. What keeps you interested in politics and the redundant debates? Just curious.

Regardless of the fact that he is a winner, the title's inclusion of question marks was meant to convey confusion over the selection, not to question whether or not he has won (his winning is an irrefutable fact).

The supposed "solution" to that "problem" by way of deleting those question marks and inserting exclamation points in their place was simply wrongheaded. Exclamation points convey a sense of excitement and used to punctuate the title of this topic erroneously convey a sense of excitement (my excitement at that, which never existed) and moreover positive excitement, towards Pres. Obama's selection for the prize.

The removal of ALL punctuation points from the title now, in an attempt to reverse the viewpoint of those posting here who saw it as tacit approval of the pick just seems like a cop out.

Seriously, there was no reason to remove those question marks, and no reason to insert exclamation points.

Regardless of punctation marks... Obama did not deserve the award and he said so himself.

Ohohoh. Good one. Seriously, what interests you about politics? iBelongintheforums, it's not that I don't care about our country, I just don't want something else to worry about and I continue my life and continue being a kid. :)

im positive there's someone out there who is more deserving than Obama. he has been in office for less than a year and has certainly not done enough to deserve something as prestigious as the Nobel Peace Award.

and, "you people from the US take it to far." ? really now? whats that supposed to mean

Mr. Crazy is a goofball. He's from the UK and he thinks things that the US does are weird, which I sometimes have to agree with myself :D
Oh and btw, I'm 13 now... just had a birthday wednesday :D so no more "He's 12," etc. XD

    yep.

    Absolutely ridiculous. Obama's accomplishments:

    143 days in the senate
First african-american to be elected president

Now, I'm not racist or anything and I think its great that we have had a black president now, but my no means does that warrant a nobel-peace prize. He even said himself he doesn't belong with the likes of the other men and women to have won, if I remember correctly.

i actually believe the only reason he was elected is because he is black. i mean comeon, can you just imagine how many black ppl flocked to vote just for that sole reason?
