One of the smarter things I have done is to never do business with Bof A for many, many years. They have always been a terrible organization to me. I use credit unions primarily and have been pretty satisfied overall.
I've actually had good luck with BofA, but with the recent account changes, and now this, I'll be going to a credit union myself.
It makes a ton of sense. The answer to making up for the losses they took on credit cards is definitely by driving away their customer base with debit card charges. I actually work for a bank and we are already getting some of the spoils.
