Ballywoo - The Game Sensation of 1932 Ballywoo recreates one of the first commercial, mass-produced pinball machines ever made. That machine launched the long-lasting career of Ray Moloney's Bally Manufacturing Corporation. Move back to the year 1932 and feel the history. (This is a more evolved version than the one we've released for iPad.) Great! By the way, if I remember correctly, you also played the iPad version of Ballywoo? I would be very interested in hearing your opinion regarding this newer version.
Thanks for the code. Just left a review, too. This is similar to the version on the iPad, but the game feels a bit more like it's the "right" size on the iPhone. I think the ball launch movement feels a little better, too. You launch the ball by sliding your finger up the side. The ball jumps around, trying to land in the target areas. There is no tilt, no flashing lights, just a matter of launching the ball and enjoying the rebound effects. It's really good in its simplicity. The tinny ball sound effects are nice and fit the game well. There are two game modes, a 5 ball and 10 ball, with OpenFeint scoring. It's a nice, simple throwback game.
There was a crashing issue with the game when played on earlier iOS version that the latest 4.1. The issue has now been fixed. I've some new promo codes. If you want one, please send me a private message.
