You will hit a Million as well. It’s not easy but doable. You really just need the right Jokers. You need to get ones that work together. Focus on something (face cards, two pair, flush, etc) then try to make all jokers and bonuses work with it. Jokers with X mult are awesome. These multiply your multiplier. Also focus on planets. Get every planet card you see. With those I like upgrading low end, middle, and high. High is least important. Upgrade your 2 pair super high. Then get straight or full house high. Level up four of a kind or straight flush once or twice as well. Pass blinds when you need to. Spectral cards are huge as well. These can change so much. Don’t underestimate a common joker. There are some really good ones. Switch out jokers when needed. If you see the joker that upgrades cards as they are scored get it early. There is one that treats everything as a face card. Get that then focus on jokers that give bonuses for face cards. These are just some examples. Enjoy!!
Thanks for all the sound advice. A heads up about spectral cards: they can really screw things up for you if you are a unlucky. I had a massive run going when I used a spectral cards that pretty much wiped my joker roster — all my multipliers disappeared and I lost on the next round. I’m sure that other effects are positive, but that one really did a number on me .
Yes, spectral can mess with things for sure. I have seen some really bad ones. But also some great ones. Some will add tokens to cards. My fav is blue. This will give you a planet for last winning hand of a round. I used a spectral that turned all the cards it pulled up to 10s. I am getting so many 4 of a kinds and full houses because of it. I also have a joker that gives multiplier bonus to 10s. There is also one that upgrades all hands. But, yes, read the spectral cards. And don’t hesitate passing if they are both bad for not going to benefit you on your current run.
Yeah, I've been focusing on middle rank hands. In my latest run I got lucky and got a card that raised every hand's level by 1 and I used a voucher that would grant me a planet card for my most used hand in every celestial pack I opened, plus a tarot card that gave me my last used planet/tarot card in the run, which made me upgrade Flush to Lv.14 in no time. I must have made a mistake in my last round because the target score seemed reachable, though. I don't mind losing all the time, though, I "complain" about it for fun. I realized a single run can suck up about one hour in what seems just a few minutes. No wonder people with gambling addiction don't leave the casinos!
Oh wow I had a very similar experience minus being able to hit flush 14. You probably made it much further than me. I think I've only hit as far as ante 7 and then hit a boss with a score threshold too high for my hands. Ah well. At this rate I think my first win will be sometime next summer
Next summer is around the corner! I used a -1 ante/hand voucher, so I was also at about ante 7 when I lost that one.
That voucher is Telescope. I use it all the time. I also use the tarot card that gives you last card used or two planet cards. Then there is the blue seal that gives final winning hand planet card. Planets are very powerful and should always be purchased.
Savage scores. I wonder when/if we'll reach the max ante and come across "The Wall" as the boss blind.
Update out to improve cloud saves. Don’t know how or what exactly, but at least I hope this prevents the lost progress some have seen?
