I know the game is taking forever to come to iOS but I thought I would give some spoilers .I stated before that the game basically feels like your playing (PIRATES OF THE GTA CREED) u can roam the city causing trouble hacking & slashing & shooting down people,taking horses but don't think u can do whatever u want without paying a price cause there is a wanted system that uses skulls that goes up to 4skulls being the highest level which will have the emperial guards on your a$$ which will have you climbing,running,& jumping all over the town to get away & the guards are also able to climb & jump rooftops also which doesn't make it easy to get away but don't worry u have a safehouse to run to & chill for a while until your level goes down .There are a few different stealth kills where u can sneak from behind & ether slice his throat open or thrust your blade through his back or quickly slash his head right off or if above an enemy jump down & drop pn the enemy while thrusting the blade into his neck.Theres moment of swimming,using cannons to take down ships & walls & enemy's I could go on but don't want to ruin everything but last info I will give is that there is an arena in town where u can battle opponents even hordes of people
Are there any ways to get away from guards without a safehouse? Can you hide in a hay bale? What weapons can you use? Bare fists? Spears? Axes? Knives/daggers? Crossbow? Semi-auto plama bazookas?
U can get away by finding a closed in area then kill the guards that were already chasing u but your wanted level will still be up and u will have to find a rooftop of somewhere to hide for a while until your wanted level goes away but u have to be careful & crafty cause there's also guards armed with shotguns on some roofs .As far as weapons there's pistols,shotgun,cannon,dagger,sword,long sword,axe,fist I have not seen a bow yet that I can use only the enemy, and no u cant jump in hay or bushes to hide there's a mini map in the top corner that shows u how close guards are so u have to maneuver around using that & stay out of guards site when wanted cause once u get 1 skull u will quickly get more cause villagers scream & run if they witness u kill a guard which makes more guards come & I must say they don't play games it's either kill or be killed or run to the stashhouse like a little girl lol
Sounds really fun, to be honest. I can't wait. Fingers crossed for a release tomorrow, although I shouldn't be too optimistic
Oh yeah there's also these fake Vatican looking jerks that walk around town & are quick to snitch on u to guards & the crazy thing is some of them are quick to fight if u bump them hard in the street
... So no semi automatic plasma bazooka? How bout a pulsar bomb? Actually, I think I have seen an incendiary bomb and a stick used as weapons in gameplay videos and trailers. They should make an unlockable Jack Sparrow skin and multiplayer like in AC Brotherhood
It actually is fun & most of the info I gave has been mostly from free roam I've only played through 4 chapters but I don't want to give info of the story itself & ruin the game for others that's why I mostly talk about the free roam aspect but I hope it does come to iOS soon but I think 9mm might come this week
If 9mm comes, I won't complain. That'll be more than enough to help me survive until I find another game to get addicted to. Basically, I just need an action/adventure game .
I remember when so many people complained that gangstar didn't have enough people walking around on the street well u won't make that complaint with this game there's lots of people walking around even some u can interact with and have a quick chat theres even bums on the street & lol prostitutes on a few corners asking if u looking for a goodtime to bad that's as far as it goes though
Is the story good or deep at all? Does it portray the grief caused by the British's greed and lust? Is it like a philosophy on war and peace? Are there any conspiracies? Or is it the equivalent to power rangers?
The story is deep I was actually surprised let's just say it's all you said but the power ranger part mixed in with heartbreak,betrayal,greed,& power but the name backstab really fits the game
Yes there's melee fighting also I forgot to mention there's also side quest that u can choose to do as I said before your able to talk to a good amount of villagers & some ask for help such as chasing and killing chicken & rabbits for food or finding a persons horse or killing wolfs & bears that have been attacking & sometimes you will even run into a few guards harassing a villager & can choose if u want to get involved or just mine your business so theres a few things to do it almost has that aarolon feel to it but I must say after playing this & seeing 9mm in action the next gangstar should be really good
Can you block and sidestep or roll? And you're saying that you CAN fight using only punches and kicks? Can you grab and throw? Can you do kill streaks? I also think the next Gangstar will be awesome because I've seen decapitations and I hope you can take other limbs off.
Sorry but no there is no block I don't know why I guess because he uses no shield but there is a parry/counter button that appears when an enemy is about to strike u so u have to press it at the moment it appears to counter & no kill streaks also no there is no roll or sidestep I also wish that was there especially since they are swordsman but no & no u cannot throw an enemy but u have something called a vengeance mode that u build up that slows down time for a few second but allows u to move fast- also someone asked me earlier but I forgot to answer them yes there's grenades,fire bombs,smoke bombs,torches
D: I thought it was supposed to be an assassins creed clone! No evasions or blocking at least? Are the counters really fancy and ostentatious? And where did they even get "vengence mode" from?
