You know there would be a thread if this game was coming tonight because NZ gets there games really early!
You're crazy. Large open world environments, excellent graphics, great combat, and a fun game is mediocre...?
funny how people take someone opinion to heart. if you think this looks like the next best thing then cool. to me this game looks mediocre. nothing new or special. thor, hero of sparta, prince of persia, sacred odyssey all pretty much the same game with different skins. backstab is no different. carry on flaming kids.
Problem with that is that Gameloft updates their engine for ever game. Therefore this game should look better than those previous titles. So its a fact that this game looks awesome until the next game comes out. And really, I've never seen a free roam for iPhone that has graphics like this. There is a problem with your opinion. Its incorrect. Otherwise, no one would care.
I can't wait for this game. I just had a Pirates of the Caribbean marathon last week and I'm currently on a pirate high. I hope it comes out soon.
Hero of Sparta and Prince of Persia aren't even Open world games! How can you compare them to this? And Sacred Odyssey isn't as open as this, because there's always mountains everywhere blocking your way. And thor is more like an awful reskin of Hero of Sparta.
Why stop there? Uncharted 1 and 2, Arkham Asylum, Assassin's Creed 1-3, all the Tomb Raiders, Infamous 2, Dead Space 1 and 2, all the Silent Hills, all the modern Final Fantasies, Max Payne 1 and 2, Dragon Age 1 and 2 -- hey, pretty much any third person 3D title -- they're all the same game with different skins. Right? Right!?
