Hello, everyone! Today, after years of development, I finally managed to release Azmar Quest (old school RPG) on the App Store! Azmar Quest is both a text-based adventure, with multiple choice dialogues, and a turn-based RPG. It's playable offline (single-player story) or online (with PvP, Dungeons, 2v2, etc..) Let me know what you think about it! The game is also fully accessible to blind users through voiceover support. It's set in a fantasy world called Azmar, where the danger is around the corner! You can play it offline (single player story) or online (PvP and Co-op). Main Features: ● Single Player RPG adventure (playable offline too) ● PvP battles (1v1 and 2v2) and Co-op Dungeons (online) Gameplay: ● Choose 1 of the 4 hero classes available: Warrior, Cleric, Warlock or Archer. ● 24 unique skills per class, 4 armor slots and 4 potion slots to create your build and enhance your Hero. ● Follow the story of Azmar in a text based RPG adventure, make your own choices through the story, fight 100+ unique enemies in turn based battles, and reach level 30! Does the game have anything else to offer? Of course it does! ● Face new Single Player challenges and quests every day, or fight in the 2v2 Arena with an AI companion, and reach Mastery 100! ● Play online in Dungeons and 2v2 battles, or play 1v1 rated battles, and reach rank 1000 in PvP! Notes: • Azmar Quest is designed to be accessible and playable for blind users through the use of talkback or voice-over technology. Enjoy the text based RPG adventure without barriers! • Azmar Quest has no content locked behind micro-transactions and no pay-to-win mechanics, it just has a few ads (that you can watch or not) and optional in-app purchases. • The game is only in ENGLISH. It's very unlikely that I will have time to translate it, but you never know. • This is a one-person project. I'm constantly developing and improving it. It just takes a lot of time, have patience :) Follow us or join the Azmar Quest community: • Discord: https://discord.gg/fTTMD6paRJ • Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Azmar/ • Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/azmar.official • YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEztAwbumYCfpHV11dw3__Q • TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@sgames.apps.mobile • Website: https://azmar-online-eu.web.app/ Information Seller:Sevan Soukiassian Genre:Role Playing, Strategy Release:Mar 25, 2024 Updated:Apr 23, 2024 Version:1.3.2 Size:134.1 MB TouchArcade Rating:Unrated User Rating:Unrated Your Rating:unrated Compatibility:HD Universal https://apps.apple.com/us/app/azmar-quest-old-school-rpg/id6450108505 Stronsay Well-Known Member Aug 6, 2015 952 206 43 #2 Stronsay, Mar 26, 2024 D&D type RPG text adventuring like we don’t see anymore. Refreshingly irreverent story in chapter one, a break from the usual fantasy prattle. Starting Chapter 2 which is structured differently. So it’s looking promising. Combat has an energy generation system to add interest. Turns were bit of a chore till I discovered the auto-turn option in settings. Would be better switched on by default, or make players aware in the tutorial. I do love D&D themes and rpg games and also enjoy turn based games. All that plus I use to play text based MUD’s so I should like this. Sevan likes this. Auto-turns are mentioned in the tutorial against the first bandit, but only as a small note at the bottom. I'm actually considering adding an "instant-turns" option. But I'm not sure if it would be a good idea. sebgo and Stronsay like this. The combat screen is empty – just the background art. I can make gray panels flicker into existence by swiping, but the center panel just disappears after a brief moment. Any ideas on resolving? For some reason, at the moment, there are bugs in that specific version, but updating to iOS 17.4+ resolves all issues! Roxton likes this. This update includes numerous fixes for iOS, hopefully now it should be (almost) perfect! It also includes some important features that were missing before, such as the ability to play in Full Screen or adjust the volume of music and audio!
