I'm really looking forward to this one, anyone know when the next inotia/zenonia/axion type game will be coming out for iphone? I think they are called jrpgs? or arpgs?

Dang this looks sick, I love the look of the combat. It seems a bit more face-paced than the current iPhone RPGs.

    Sparked my interest...

Sorry but this looks awful. Aren't you guys sick of these generic korean RPGs already? All the developers do is randomly generate character, enemy and places names, slightly alter the art, pick one of 4 generic fantasy plots and throw it together. Development time on these titles is a couple of months, it's not Final Fantasy of Dragon Quest we're talking about here.

Call me when games like those appear on the App Store..

I'm definitely not sick of them, I wish they would make more. SERIOUSLY. They did not just throw games like Zenonia and Inotia II together, there is not much that was randomly generated. I seriously doubt development time is a couple months or they would be popping these things out every couple months after all the cash they made with the first ones. Testing cycle alone is a month at least I am guessing probably more and I work in the gaming industry.

What is comes down to is people have different taste in games. I actually been trying to find a game like Zenonia and Inotia II for ps2 or PC or something just so I could see something similar on a big screen, which is how I found Axion (a PC game never translated into english or I would be playing that now). Also I loved large scale games such as Bioshock for Xbox360 for example and I'm guessing that game took a couple years to make at least but when it came down to it, I put the same 20+ hours into that game that I put into Inotia II because it was that much fun so what does that tell you.

I been a gamer all my life and I'm in my mid 20's so even after all this time and after my taste has evolved, I know what I want and what I find fun and what I can easily put 20+ hours into and this is the kinda game I am looking for.

ohh did not know they were ports, good to know I guess.. still I doubt the originals took only 2 months to make unless they had a decent sized team working on them.

One way you can tell a quick-n-dirty port of a Java-based phone game is the dedicated use of virtual "buttons" and a virtual joypad to do everything/anything in the game.

Because of the way it plays, because it's not the sort of rpg you like, because it has bad combat? would help if you could explain why you dislike it.
