I agree with what you've said. Question though....I thought that even though we may run a different team in missions, doesn't the PvP team stay the same (unless you manually change it from th PvP screen)? I thought this was the case anyway.....
Thanks Squeek. I wanted to make absolutely sure b4 we get into another season of craziness I'll be continually leveling characters as the season goes, so for me that's a huge deal.
I think this is a glitch. I was gifted coins as well, but the people sending them seem to play on Facebook, not iOS. You can stop the gifts from coming by going to the games tab on Facebook (on the computer), and declining those gifts. You'll also get an option to stop anything from those people. I was stuck with about 10 coin gifts every day, but that fixed it.
I think if your Facebook friends try to gift you something that the iOS game doesn't have it shows as 10 silver to us, or at least that's what I read somewhere. Either way, it definitely doesn't make sense to accept the 10 silver, a definite waste of your limited gifts.
So right now I own human torch she hulk and shadowcat kitty pryde I have exactly 48cp should I get war machine to replace Hawkman or just buy iron fist and cyclops....or should I just keep saving?
What is it you're trying to do? For PVP purposes right away, the more heroes the better for the bonuses. If you're trying to level up or unlock items in hopes of doing PVP later I would unlock War Machine if you're at that Chapter as that will get you some nice drops if you're lucky.

If you haven't started this is a great list to follow and it'll help you complete it rather quickly, and even if you have started it should still help you. http://forum.playdom.com/showthread.php?126209&p=1981395#post1981395 It's helped me quite a bit, and I'm at mission 23 and only thing holding me back is ISO's since I "wasted" some when Spec Ops started. Depending what you're trying to do, there are different ways you can spend/save gold/cp. Storm is a very good blaster. Silver is great for leveling up heroes and try to send heroes out every 20 mins. if time permits, if not at least every hour to try and maximize silver per hour. Any other questions/concerns I'll try and help the best I can.
Human Torch is also a great blaster. If ur short on characters going I to PvP, he's always a solid choice. I run him and ww2 cap tactician and do well enough. Storm is a force to b reckoned with as well once u unlock her tornado (lvl 9) ability. There's gear for ur agent that will make the heroes that much more viable (like quantum jumper, power of 4, magnetic field generator)....QJ is 36 gold, whereas Po4 is from war machine's chance grid in his premium mission. MFG is revered as one of the best shields in the game but is an epic boss drop on 4.4. In fact, if you have storm already, I would grind that mission a bit to try to get the MFG. when the shield goes down, that character gets an extra turn....invaluable in PvP (but so are Po4 an QJ for the same type purpose)....it really depends on what u want to do. EDIT: Kitty Pride can be devastating in her alt costume for PvP. I'd read around forums to figure out how to best utilize her. She might need a tanker (like ww2 tac cap or modern colossus) to giver her a chance to unleash her repertoire, but I've been absolutely destroyed by her b4
All very good points! Only thing I worry about with Human Torch is how the AI uses him on defense. I've seen him use rekindle to start a match which is a waste, we can only hope that Playdom fixes this plus a lot of other issues. It seems with every glitch/bug they fix a "few" others pop up.
I am trying to think of a good reason not to have the Pheonix flare in my arsenal for the next pvp. It's a devastating all enemy attack that I have been using in battles. Also heals you. Some one help me think of cons for this weapon because I can't.
Only thing I can think of is the AI using it at the wrong time on defense. So far I haven't seen it used in a bad way in practice, so that's good, but I'm not sure how many people have it equipped. I try to finish the fight before it gets to that...
Yeah it's awesome I have it ready to go for PvP as well, also is the phoenix pinion (is that what it's called?) good as well? I've been using it and it seems better then SBP and GSE since it gives a health bonus as well
Im having trouble with the momentum generator. Its supposed to increase damage of unarmed attacks, but i cannot see any difference when i use it on kitty and piotr. Anyone else having this problem or did i just misunderstand what its supposed to do?
It has a cooldown so its not spammable like the deep-field cannon EDIT: you lose a turn next round instead of long cooldown
I have 2 tasks left in Spec-ops... 3 star all missions and beat an epic boss. (I'm skipping the boss that needs 3 premium deploys) I have 3 stars for every mission but the last. If I beat the epic boss and 3 star the mission, will I get credit for beating the epic boss as well? Or will I have to beat the epic again to get the task completed?
