I actually got a real response back a week ago, about the season 1 pvp bug, where the game crashed for 2 days. I couldn't sync my facebook account again, so I could not access the account I wanted on both devices. It took 2 weeks, but after I submitted it, they got to it and fixed it. (makes it a little easier to set my characters to farm silver.)
Sorry about that should have thought that through lol deleted now At least a few of you saw it and now understand what's going on. As for playdom support I'm not surprised by their response one bit, they just don't care and I think are overwhelmed with how much they need to fix.
Yeah. I'm not attacking until they fix this problem. I'm not risking getting matched up against one of those guys.
So I wrote this up earlier and wasn't sure if I was going to post it or not. But I think this info might help some people. So here it is. Don't change your team just because it works for me. The Spidey team may or may not work for you guys. I think I've gone for a different strategy than most which is why I think I am where I am on the leader boards. 0.30% (1449) with 134 attacks. I probably haven't attacked anyone in at least 4 days. This is what my last 36 defenses have looked like: +1 +13 +1 +22 +1 +1 +1 +6 +2 +2 +2 +3 +1 +2 +3 +1 -22 -20 +1 +1 +2 +5 +5 +2 +1 +4 +1 +8 +7 +1 +11 +2 +5 +5 +3 -26 So I have a few big losses in there, but I do so well in total that I come out even or ahead. So what am I doing different? This is what I think I'm doing... 1. I squeezed Tapjoy dry of course. I got as much gold as possible. Then instead of buying every single hero and leveling them I only bought the ones I really wanted/needed. I only own 15 out of the 30 available. The rest of the gold I had left over I invested into various areas such as my pvp item slot bonuses. I spent 66g on Chrono Boosts to fill most of my slots. That got my offense and defense bonus a little past 100,000 which is more than most people have below Lvl 100. BTW, my agent is level 65. 2. I invested in refined ISO-8 shards for both my main offensive team and defensive team. WWII Cap has all refined chaotic shards, Spidey has all refined skillful shards and WW Hulk has all refined chaotic shards. Again, cost a lot of gold. 3. My agent's items. Quantum Jumper (36g). Plus I have a MFG which I got lucky enough to get on my first try. So is it worth it to spend more gold than it would cost me just to buy the Adamantium hero once they are released? Maybe not for most people, but it is for me. I enjoy winning. I get more out of dominating pvp then I do playing the pve. Plus, if my strategy pans out to work for me multiple seasons I just might recoup my cost in gold with adamantium heroes.
very nice strategy!!! I must say I'm a little jealous lol man I've been trying everything to improve my defense but it stinks. I bought several expensive silver weapons to fill my armory about 9k offense 8k defense, bought those cap and hulk costumes (which I'm one pvp too late on that one), filled all slots with unstable iso8, still trying to get that MFG don't know how many times I've beaten Magneto but end up getting lame rewards not even CP most of the time. And lost 100 points on defense again today. Ugh it's a work in progress! Im glad it's working out for you though and you really deserve adamantium! Well done Eidaven
I just checked my battle log and just gained 17 but down to 1.25 from the earlier .90 something. Eh I'm not going to sweat it till the last day. If I get it cool if not no biggie. I actually battle more this pvp then last. Just looking forward to having all my guys at level 12 In about .... 3 years maybe?
So here's what went on for me last night through this morning (didn't want to mention it and jinx it, like a no-hitter): After every PVP victory, I was gaining ridiculous XP. The tally read "100" but it was more like 300 each time. Leveled up 3 times in roughly 10 battles. Back to normal now, but it begs the question -- Beneficial glitch, or am I missing something? Were those XP earned via some bonus I'm unaware of? Also, I'm missing Mockingbird. She was the stuff on FB: Generalist who, when attacked or attacking, switched to the opposite class of her opponent. Plus a spam turn with each switch. And her lvl 1 attack was a two-hitter. Here's hoping she's on deck after Psylocke. And yes, that was two baseball metaphors in one post. I'm a dork like that.
Between last night and this morning I've taken a brutal hit, was 1300 now in the 1100s, I don't know what in the world is happening. I think now that I'm close to lvl 100 I'm getting hit by those with bigger armory bonuses I guess. Very frustrated though
Yeah. That's probably it. I think the armory bonus is a bit over powered. That's why I leveled to 60 before this season started just so I didn't get screwed not having those extra bonuses.
Armory Bonus is the biggest part of pvp season 2, imo. As soon as I hit 100, I went from the 1200's, to 1450's-1500's. You wanna hit 100 as soon as you can.
I've almost used all my energy up, I'm close to lvl 96.. Gotta get to 100! Must keep going lol BTW I forget how to request items from your allies, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks If you are my ally and if you can gift me energy I will be your best friend lol
The way I went about it was to pummel my allies with the item I wanted (in my case, SHIELD points) until I maxed out Sent Gifts. You can send a LOT. So many hit Return Favor over the course of a few days that I wound up with more points than I'm likely to use.
Once you run out, I believe u can request it from friends....I have such a plethora of energy thanks to the daily wheel and the PvP bonus wheel. What's ur GC I'd? I'll set u up
What's a good agent weapon that hits all enemies? I love my super blade punch but I'm winning more battles because I attack everyone at once. I need to replace it.
Just played a guy named Blackheart (lvl 79). He had the best team I've ever played, hands down. Scrapper Trench with Super Blade Punch and Digital Decoy (plus two other weapons I don't remember). Blaster Dr. Strange and... Bruiser WWII Cap. I'm also lvl 79, and I went down fast. So many people are using Infiltrators to stop WWII Cap. Switching his class was SUPER effective. I don't see tons of Blasters out there, so that was a good move (especially with Cap at high evasion and with Digital Decoy). Before I buy bruiser Cap, any thoughts?
I bought bruiser Cap but with the avengers uniform and he was pretty terrible unfortunately might be better with WWII uniform. Also I tried using tactician WWII cap and Dr strange overnight last night and lost all my defense battles ~70 points. Guess that guys agent uniform helped but that duo of heroes isn't all that great (also have digital decoy and SBP) The bonuses in the game I think really account for a lot because my hero bonuses are pretty low and my armory bonus is average.
