PVP over. Got the suit. At 9:02 my game de-synced and I haven't been able to get in since. Did they just kill the game?
Hmmm what good is a new armor if they shut the game down? It's still available for download in the App Store. Maybe an update?
I will just check it in the morning. If it is not working by then... I think i may finally delete this game.
Ok, game is back after an hour. Weird. There are no banners up on the front page. The new armor is amazing, btw. Passive single and area protection, 25% damage reduction.
Stacking that with the Rune of Resolve will be great. Ascroll or a melt armor weapon will be making a comeback in PVP.
I'm either expecting a completely new redesigned game and app or that this game will announce its closure soon. I don't know if this game can recover now because there's so much competition out there and with no new content for ages they'd have lost a lot of players who won't come back. This game is on life support now and it'll be harder to survive the longer they don't add new content. I haven't played in months.
I forget to even check in for my daily iso chip or med kit these days. Been months for me too. I really miss what this game used to be and the expectations that I had for it. Looking back on the early times of this thread is a far cry from where it is now. Really hope this game can recover.
When I open the app, any time it goes to the allies page, it crashes! I have to tap on Go Now on the character box in order to avoid crash on start up. And so, I haven't been able to collect rewards from my allies for months. Really lame. Almost as lame as that dang background that is used for EVERY battle in story mode. Ugh. Still my favorite Avengers freemium app, but I hope they service it soon or else it will die.
Just a heads up....Playdom dropped support for the Windows Mobile version of the game April 2. Wonder if that's a sign of things to come....?
Honestly, the game is dead Monday if there's no update. No content to play and nothing to buy. I wouldn't feel so fatalistic about it if there were something to buy, you know? But they're not trying to make money from us. That's a sign.
On the bright side, I guess it would free up some space if I deleted it. But then I wouldn't have a good Marvel RPG. So dumb that we'll have 4 or 5 beat-em-ups with the Marvel name to them, but now we'll be out a turn-based RPG.
So now that it looks like the game is dead, what's the plan? Keep it on your phone to collect daily spins and train people just in case one day it returns, or delete?I'm not hurting for space so I have no reason to delete it, but...
