I've gone right off PVP because of burnout. I just go for the silver and gold now. No really good weapons and characters I can get later. Also I don't know whether to try and get Taskmaster. Is he any good for PVP? I found Sabertooth excellent for PVP offense but not defense.
It's the time in between that's killed my interest. PVP is intense. You've got to put effort into keeping up and not giving players a decent break was a mistake I think. Yeah and I've been waiting for Mockingbird too and still waiting. I was reading the other day about a SHIELD Simulator? I like the Racoon but just don't have the energy to try and win ADA.
Someone at Playdom likes me. 70 Taskmaster boxes, 6 covers. And I'm sitting at 215 CP now after grinding, spins and lockboxes, so I'll be ready to buy anything needed. Anyone else NOT buying Bishop yet until we know what's coming next in terms of Spec Ops and all that? Since the rules have been thrown out I don't want to commit to anything. Also - Elektra and Wonder Man are killing it for my PVP right now. Her lvl 9 Fatal Blow attack is working wonders against Phoenix, Sabertooth and Angel, and Wonder Man is still a powerhouse. Winning every attack and about 50% on defense.
I would like to have a team of x23 and elektra and an agent with algrims rage, barbers razor, or stopped razor. .... Then you can kill them all like that.
Feeling the same here. No replies to my spec ops problems. 2 covers and 2 dupes. And probably more than 20 dupes for the spec ops boxes.
I agree, so tired of seeing Juggernaut, Phoenix, Quicksilver etc in pvp. They overpowered so few characters that everyone else is irrelevant. Takes the fun out. Juggernaut is the most powerful character in the game. Think about it....Hulk, Thor, and Iron Man sit on the sidelines useless in a game called AVENGERS Alliance lol
Iron man is good with his new suit. Thor... Pvp wise the ai messes him up. Ww hulk isnt bad. Just cant have 2 bruisers. Its sucide.
Please don't say that.....this one just ended 3 hrs ago Lol I've got too many damn games on my phone and a few that need constant attention....this one still takes the cake though. Also feeling the burnout coming on.
A week's break would be nice. I want to put more time into Dungeon Quest 4/8 and Monster Hunter awesome games.
Not 100% true, I have used Iron Man with his new suit, lvl12 maxed with the new chips, and have done fairly well. I thought using two blasters would kill me but so far it has worked. Right not Im using War Machine in his new colorful suit. He also doesn't do too bad. When it comes to PVP, a lot has to do with the order inwhich you go....I've knock out players before their first moves.
Just looked... 12 days left of pvp.... Real quick one? Ya im burnt out. Idc. I think i just might not play until the last day. I love ya MAA but you just so broken for so long... I am begining to care as much as you do.
Neither Hulk, Thor, nor Ironman can one-shot anyone like Juggs or Havok. If Havok's AI worked, that team would be unstoppable. First move does count for a lot. Let's say you had first draw in a match....would you rather have Juggernaut or Thor as your first move?
Updates. Agent Venom is available for recruit, and premium weapon Thanaphage (barely any talk about it on the wiki = good indication you shouldn't bother).
Finally some luck on lockboxes! 7 covers no dupes for Taskmaster. Of course I say that now and the last cover will be impossible.
I'm out I would like to thank Playdom for having the absolute worst customer service in the world and therby making it easy to walk away from this game that I have spent entirely too much time on already. Like many others I had a ton of problems with the last Spec Ops and submitted a ticket which was responded to with instructions to clear my browser cache and the ticket was closed. I opened another ticket to let them know (again) that I was on mobile, a week later I got a response (a pretty clear cut/paste job that made it clear they had not ready my message at all) about restarting my device and making sure the App and my IOS was up to date. I responded by letting them know my problem was with the Spec Ops that had already closed. And THIS is the response I got: " Benny, Aug 28 10:23 AM: Dear Playdom Gamer, Thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. We are unable to complete any Vaulted Tasks or provide items related to Vaulted Tasks. We apologize for any frustration this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
