Man im ticked off... I just got a dup from 10 boxes... And just got mimic. Im ticked off cause i used 20 gold in rerolls to get it before.... Errrr! Lol
Finally landed Sabertooth. Thought I would have to burn a lot of gold for that last cover but only cost me 40. Is he useful for PVP at all? Still seeing too many Juggs. *sigh
His lvl6 move gives him (what seems to be) a 75% chance to join an ally attack or counter an attack from any enemy, even if it wasn't directed at him. Every round that dude hits 3-4 times, giving Bleed and Ravaged and Pain. His lvl9 is a 60% chance stun plus hemorrhage. I paired him with Elektra and murdered everyone I saw on attack with little difficulty, but that team only wins 30% of defenses. Still doing better with Wonderman and Vision on defense, personally.
So I am stuck on the task which needs mission 3 to be unlocked, in the spec ops. Unfortunately it says I need to complete -4 tasks to unlock it. So basically means I cannot move ahead of task 18. Which means my spec ops is doomed.
Angel, Psylocke and an Agent with Coulson's is the most popular team right now, and it works very well. Tons of extra turns and preemptive strikes. Oh, and 50 lockboxes open (from quests, no gold) gave 5 new covers. No dupes!
Vision is a very versatile character. Switches to Inf, has phased (and his AI keeps him phased by only using the all enemy Radiation attack) and he can blast a one-shot as a phased Inf. Wonderful hero. Wonderman is a great protector who can do a stealth attack, self-heal (and gain extra turns when attacked) and can be so strong after getting the four main buffs that he can take out anyone in an instant. Great. Elektra is currently my favorite hero. I just need someone to partner her with who will help her do what she needs to do...
So far Sabertooth is better. Problem with those two is the use of Mystic still. Elektra gets through it with her internal bleeding, but X23 is useless until I can Scroll it away. Sabertooth won't get the buffs or debuffs for the first turn, but his Beserker is at least useful... But yes, Sabertooth is best so far.
Anybody seen this bug yet? Spec ops mission 3 says "complete -4 more tasks to u lock"?!?! Yes, it says -4 Also I'm on task 18 which I need to be able to get into mission 3 to complete (use angels ability).
Well, I got my 64 gold back. I've gotta give it up for Playdom. It may take them some time (I mean, they've got a pretty popular game no matter what platform your on, so it's impressive how well they handle customer service), and they got me back. Gotta give them props. Own it, always, and your customers will support you.
Argument against using Sabertooth - he got the first attack on my team just now and the AI used Tantrum, which is a hemorrhage attack (we had no bleeds) and causes stun (we had Mystics). He didn't even activate Berserker until turn 2, at which point I had already killed his other teammates. He was paired with X23. So if THAT is the AI Sabertooth has, it might explain why my team lost nearly every match with him.
I have the same problem. Suggest you file a complaint with playdom. Did the same hopefully they reply back.
Yeah thats horrible ai. Beserk shld be first since its quick action. Ai sux unless you are stacked in def
Mine is doing this too. I submitted a ticket. We'll see if all I get is the standard "restart your device...blah blah blah" response. Kind of stinks but I can't say that I'll lose sleep over Hellstrom. The fact of this being the first spec ops hero I might miss stings a little though.
Oh cool. Just got the bug where my account is now linked to a level 4 player from Brazil. Anyone remember how to fix this one? EDIT: 30 minutes later I'm back. That was scary.
Idk... I think i have hit a plateau woth this game. I still love it.... But im just not caring anymore. Im forgetting to do my 5 pvp or getting my shield coins. Season 2 may spark my interest a bit but they are losing me a bit right now.
Feeling the same. Not sure if it's just because they are cranking these PVPs and Spec Ops out with very little time between. Hard to keep up without feeling a little burn out. Only about 10 characters even seem viable for PVP anyway which kills variety. Hope Season 2 adds some freshness as well. Assuming Chapter 12 ever shows up and what I can only assume will be the greatest version of Mockingbird ever.
