PVP is really annoying me as well I just worked hard to get to a 1100 rating now I just won a match and it lowed me to 1080. This is ridiculous Playdom is doing a terrible job they don't fix anything.
I'll bite. Switching out my trusty old Pyro Technique for a Digital Decoy. Which means I've now got the Infiltrator's Power Armor on with a Focal Plasma Canon (the only weapon I was using anyway), a Digital Decoy, a Construct Matrix, and a Quantum Jumper. We'll see what happens...
Why don't you try getting a Magnetic Field Generator instead of the Contruct Mattix? I have both and I much prefer the MFG. I prefer the extra turns over the health. Plus you can't really trust the defensive AI to use your contruct matrix properly. It's kid of hard to mess up the MFG.
Anyone have issues trying to socket ISO 8? I have so many that I can't select the one that I want to socket. It's too far to the right and even sliding through doesnt help. Any ideas? I tried deleting some but it's still too far over and I want to be able to sell them later on when we can? Aree they worth saving or should I just keep getting rid of as many as I need to
Is this your issue? "Cannot scroll to the next page on "Manage Iso-8" if you have more than 5 in the inventory." This is on Playdom's support site of known issues.
That's good to know. Although, even if you could I'm not sure I would want to carry two. First reason is that there are too many other items that are too good not to use (i.e. quantum jumper, MFG, etc). I'm not sure why you'd want to carry two over having one of these. I wouldn't mind having two QJ's though. The second reason is that the defense AI would totally screw it up for you anyways. I wouldn't trust the AI to implement any strategy that requires proper timing.
Yeah, I have that same problem. I've been socketing lower level ISO-8 on random heroes so I can get to the better ones. I'm not sure if I have the patience to get the Magnetic Field Generator. I already 5-starred 4-4 without getting it, so it will be much rougher playing now. Edit: And I just noticed that I lost about three defense rounds in a row.
No I can scroll but I can't tap on like the three rightmost columns sort of like that bug in the PVP armory where you can tap on a column. It's these bugs that annoy me the most why can't they fix this!?!?!
Yeah that sucks. I happened to get it on my first try. I feel for you though. I've been trying for Po4 and super blade punch with no success. It's worth it though. In my opinion it is one of the best gadgets in the game. It's almost a little too overpowered. Plus, like all gadgets it scales to your level so you will end up using it even after you get into the 100's. Also, I switched my defense team up a little and it's been successful so far. My normal attack team is Infiltrator Agent, WWII Tac Cap, and WW Bruiser Hulk. For my defense now I'm switching Hulk for Spidey with Deft Iso-8. I think Hulk was getting smacked down too easy by blasters. So far I have 6 defense wins in a row with no loses yet. If this keeps up I should maintain my adamantium position on defense wins alone. =)
I know this is the wrong thread but has anyone tried Mikey Hooks yet? I am tempted to buy it but I never played the first one.
Are you using regular Spidey or Black Suit? I've been tempted to get Infiltrator Black Suit Spider-Man, but I'm not sure yet. And I LOVE Mikey Hooks. I loved Mikey Shorts too, and this one is better. I'd try out one of the free versions of Mikey Shorts if you're not sure.
I have regular Spidey. I'm tempted to buy black suit infiltrator though. I think great power passive that you get with the black suit would be more useful to me than great responsibility since my Cap already blocks for me. I've just been very hesitant to spend command points on anything right now. I've been saving some for a rainy day and I feel like it could be waste if I do. Right now regular Spidey has been doing okay for me. We'll see what happens tonight while I'm sleeping. That's when I get most of my defensive matches for some reason. I actually played against a guy that has my exact setup except he was using black suit Spidey. He was tough! I barely beat him and then he revenged on me and probably took me out pretty easy. Edit: I'll try the Mikey Shorts demo and see how that is. It looks fun.
