Funny how they were so quick to jump on that but the weapon from the last PvP STILL doesn't work. These devs are the Worst.
They identified an error in a premium weapon and removed it until it could be fixed within what seemed to be minutes. Better they do that then let the broken weapon stay on sale, right?
Yeah i would be more pist to buy a weapon and it not work then win one that doesnt. That sparkle gun in the new pvp i like. Would go great with my hammer.
I don't have a problem with them fixing the axe before releasing it, that is 100% the right thing to do. Maybe this is the start of improved customer service and if that is the case I'll be a happy camper. However my issue is that there are several other (older) weapons that are still not working correctly and no indication that the Devs are aware,working on it or even care. My more cynical side sees the equation like this: LE Weapon = GOLD = $$$$ for Devs = Devs care about getting it right vs PvP Weapon = no gold = little $$$ for Devs = apparent appathy from devs Maybe I'm way off and they are working equally hard on both issues but based on the way they handled Psylocke, I'm not in a hurry to give them the benefit of the doubt.
This PVP season is all about the one-hit wonder, huh? Everyone is running Havok and Juggernaut. Some X23 too. Interesting to see some new heroes, and I'm glad I invested so much in Dodge stats
I'm running X23 and Herc with Tact agent...-75 last night! That same team gave me my best ever Def last season and kept me in Vib without even trying.
Havok is big right now, so Bruisers are toast. That might be the worst class to run with right now, in metagame terms...
I was hoping the generalizing weapon (can't remember the name) would overcome that, might go back to Tact WW2Cap instead.
Maybe? I've seen that. I have a two Tac team and I'm doing wonderfully right now. I'm taking out the whole team without taking a hit on offense and in the positive on defense so far.
Maybe a gear set? A new weapon? A new hero? When are they going to fix the spear? I bet it doesn't get fixed now. New lock boxes? Well I hope they have something new that's worthwhile getting because I'm getting bored.
Maybe they are actually changing the pvp system, fixing heroes, banning hackers, fixing weapons....haha wishful thinking on all of those.
I wish they left a change log and had an in game log and notification system where we could get warnings about upcoming down times. Playdom are a very disorganised group. I play Golfstar and as soon as you start the game up there's a notice board of upcoming maintenance times as well as an extensive log of any changes.
