Yah I am - I'm going to wait through the 70 hour timer to see if it resolves next time I kill him, instead of spending the 10 gold to skip. Icemilktea pointed me to the gamefaqs board and a lot of people there are having the same issue, and most just spent the gold to skip. I should put a ticket in, but every time I try to talk to customer support it goes about as well as sticking my d*ck in a blender. Frigging tapjoy has dried up on me as well, so losing that 10 gold hurts. id is badblue for anyone who needs an active ally and help on the group boss.

*grumble* what a buggy release... Crashes on boss, PvP or deploy spins here as well. I'm also seeing timers not running (like remote-ops) when idle. This morning I opened the app again and I'm still down to 11 energy or where I left it last night. Not certain if anyone else is seeing this? Anyhow I try not to let it annoy me too much... Yeah, I fought a team with a level 12 Havok and a level 12 Magneto twice yesterday. That must have cost some serious gold. I went 1-1.
I lost a deply reward due to a crash and just now it crashed after I won my 5 daily PVP and no reward. Ticket submitted. Not putting up with this anymore. Also health stat bars black out and often I can't see the health status of the enemy. This happens everywhere. Virtually unplayable sometimes. Very bad release. Losing matches because of this glitch.
Is Havok any good for PVP? In team ups I've noticed his Plasma Wave completely missed??? And then loses a turn?? Maybe there's more but from what I saw I wasn't very impressed.
His lv2 hits pretty hard but has that "kicks like a mule" debuff just like Phoenix flare and that handgun from valkyrie's SO.
Roar of the North is the gun. Never see it much if at all in PVP. The big drawback is loss of a turn and that can't be made up for easily. The problem with his lvl is its not guaranteed to hit.

That lvl 2 is a massive damage dealer, but yeah, it has too low of accuracy to be worth it for me and not eve Scroll can remove that stun debuff. I'm unimpressed with the rest of his moves, although no stamina for the first one is pretty cool and he applies some decent effects. With the right team / weapon combination he has potential.
Every good team that used him in FB had 2 things. Huge amount of accuracy and QJ. QJ to help get past the stun on the L2, and the accuracy to make it more accurate.
