You will find this in any competitive gaming environment. There will be a popular build/strategy/item and people WILL use it. And i don't think that's necessarily means people are douches. I agree it's boring, but hey~~ Right now our strat is based around playing against/using the HS+SP combo, but if the HS+SP combo isn't in the game there's probably gonna be a different annoying popular combo that people are going to abuse and we will play against/using it. At least that's how i see it. My beef is more on how buggy/crashy the app is atm, non working costumes, bad ai (Artificial Idiot), the no-break-in-between-pvp-i-want-to-farm-cp-a-bit-so-i-can-keep-up-with-getting-the-new-heroes thing.
I think this is the 1st pvp i didnt run hot shot or Greif. Sinister scepter, the knight, mfg, and chain tofa. Using blaster power armor because i saw allot of tacs out there and it makes them hit me more. I think i see 80% hs right now too. If i get stun i ride the wave until i can get a chance to get phased. I was worried one time when they hit me with a binding contract. I bled out and phoenix died. Won barely at then end with ghost rider.
Sooooo close to having the setup....if only they'd bring knight back. I figured since they did pawn, so they would also with knight...hoping!
Agreed on the issues, and I did not intentionally mean to call any one of us here in the forum a d-bag becuz of what we're forced to run knowing how the game is and staying competitive (as stated). I fully admit to being that guy. I only mean to say I wish there was a better manner of making everything more equal to where hard earned heroes, weapons or gear are ALL useful. Being that we all see angles and potential in a limitless manner, I just wish the game and AI wasn't so limited. What if we had passive AI that learned how we played and adapted (heroes, weapons and combos, and combos of heroes and agent setups)? That day.....would be a console worthy $50 one time investment that showed love to us hard core, and promise of what the gaming scene should be headed towards. Right ? Ah, getting ahead if myself. I just need 2 Xmas miracles in the storefront for less than 70 CP Lol (***not gonna happen....at least at that price***)
Magik is available for a limited time~ Part of the x-mas event i guess? This means a character/costumes might be available for a limited time too for this x-mas event. I'm savin CP just incase P5 emma is available...... lolz one can hope.
For anyone complaining about the game because they didn't start playing in day one... I started saying day one. I've spent $15. I have every hero and 10 are level 12. I was at 0.98% in PVP last night and when I woke up I had lost 175 points. So. The game is hard. It isn't always fair, at any level. Still fun! And free!
Yeah, the promo said there would be characters as well as loot. I wouldn't be surprised if all the Spec Ops heroes are for sale this way... How much is Magik? I earned her so I can't see.
200 cp. This will be the norm for every spec ops character, unless they go on extra sale, which sometimes happens on the FB version. So really, really, complete spec ops.
I hope deadpool or x-23 go on sale too. On a lighter note... Just went to play a mission. Noooope. Is there something goofy about this game where it doesnt work in the morning ???
Hmmm, you might be on to something. Maybe maintenance of the servers or downtime for when they're updating the store?
Neither of those will go on sale for a while. Deadpool after this current season is over, x-23 after the next pvp season is over.
Still, missing out on a couple of seasons of course puts you at a disadvantage. Items like Sinister Scepter and scroll of Angolob and Hotshot are gamebreakers in PVP if you don't have them.
Sorry if this was already asked, but I just recruited Emma and she was already at Level 9, unlike the other Special Ops heroes who started at Level 1. Did this happen for everyone else? EDIT: Closed out of my game, now she's at Level 1.
True but you cant play this type of gane and be like that. Just have to go and try your best and not sweat it. I jouned the facebook one and its already in season 2. You can guess how my pvp is going there.
Well i joined fb when the spec ops reward was wonderman. And up till now i never missed any SO heroes but i missed 3 lockbox heroes. On top of that i bought most of the cheap heroes + some 90 heroes. and my PvP is diamond at best....... I know where i'm lacking though, my armory is not bad, but i'm totally behind on hero bonuses and agent's arsenal. :S Don't know if ill ever catch up in fb lolz what with the LE items and how i can't get the good heroes/costumes since they're limited time/lockbox only. All i'm saying is it is pretty much impossible for new players to do good in PvP straightaway and i think it's fine. The later you joined, the longer it'll take for you to catch up. I'm may be diamond now but when i just joined, i can't even stay in gold. So i guess it takes time~~
