Tactician has the best weakness, and one of the best strengths. Giving inf's a counter attack on their next turn is okay at best, while tact's bonus of getting extra hits on blasters is probably working out due to WC Blaster Phoenix, Agents with the latest Blaster uniform. You could throw in a couple Scarlet Witch and Cable's as well.
Scroll negates all DOTs. I've stopped trying to do them completely and focused on massive single bursts on damage. I'm holding the line on defense for the last few days...

Wow that is pretty crazy. I've been seeing more tac caps (ww2 and reg costume) but nothing to worry about. I was using power scrap agent (with my astral tank setup) along with beast and storm, and they were doing great until I woke up to -42 this morn. Swapped in Herc for Storm to see what he and beast can do.
I'm really interested how that chain tonfa does. What heros?? Playdom may squeeze a few pennies from me yet if that tonfa works for u....!!
I like it. Almost died against a dead guy. I killed everyone on the pvp but it didnt exit. I just recharged until it would. Next thing im getting attacked by the agent. He almost took out my team with greif and hotshot. Then he died n i won. Crazy... Ghost
Scarlet Witch is really starting to grow on me...for offense at least. The fact that she has a chance to completely dodge and/or hex hotshot, monstrosity and signpost is nice. Plus Probability Field puts nasty statuses out there like sudden death and PO4 on the other team. She really has come though on some of my wins. Don't like that PO4 is a buff and a debuff though. Fortunately enemy Phoenix missed all 4 attacks and burned out.
I find going against SW... Is a pain. Sure i can win but it takes for ever. If you make a mistake you can lose. If i could beef her up i would.
Scarlett Witch hasn't done anything major against me in PVP yet. I typically one-hit kill her, honestly. She's very squishy. I love facing Blasters, on account of the setup I have. So yeah, everyone, play her!
I'm just running 3 powers right now on lvl 7 (training for 8) and she is awesome on offense. She's gone 2-4 o D but I have storm in with her and I'm thinking 2 blasters is one too many. May switch it up just not sure yet...
I've only lost maybe 2 out of the last 7 offensive battles with SW. The 2 losses came when I had both a bad turn order and some debuffs and buffs completely whiffed. Overall she definitely keeps the fights interesting and not so much of a "who stuns first" contest. Agreed, fighting against her can be a long fight. Especially with agents as a tank.
New covert ops called facing facts. You get a mutagen emitter, a quick action device that grants a random passive mutation.
