I've seen him survive three kill shots in a fight before, but that's just a lucky dice roll, you know? He has a 50% chance to not die from an attack, but any status effect like Dark Void doesn't count as an attack. I don't know about other people, but the chance I see someone taken out by a status effect is about equal to straight damage in PVP. So it'll just be luck if he survives.

 

That's a really good guess. She would be needed for the Epic Boss if Emma Frost is the next spec op. The only other heroes needed would be Phoenix and Colossus. Hope you're right.

I wonder if the Spec Ops with Mockingbird will be redone for mobile since it required mostly base (beginning) level characters and is relatively short?

 

Is the Hotshot stun not working? I swapped my sign post for M. mjolnir, haven't stunned anyone in 8-10 pvp battles

 

It works. They keep stunning my Phoenix.

 

You need Signpost equipped to get the high stun probability on Hotshot.

 

Yes its a dark bargain. I think you need to be posioned or something for the stun to work.

She works for me. Oooooh, what a wonder she is. First attack hits all enemies and gives a status effect? Mmph. I am so bummed that I've got an 18 hour training going on right now, haha.

They always released on Thursdays, I thought. I was PLANNING my timer to ensure I'd be free at the right time. Guess I learned my lesson, haha.

I just hope all of her moves work. I really wanted a new Blaster to take into PVP.

 

I saw the first one proc'd earlier but the dmg is rather small.
Then again this was against a low level PvE mob.
Proc rate isn't as good as the fb one tho.

 

Should I get the new hero to replace Torch?

 

When it backfires, does it damage and then not do the attack? Cause if so, it'd be worth it.

 

You should not use Human Torch in PVP, so yes, you should replace him.

The Witch might be great for PVP, but it would depend on the rest of your setup, really. I like her potential though. I put her at lvl 1 into PVP a couple minutes ago and she did decent.

 

On the playdom forums they said x-23 was accidentally unlocked when SW became available so a lot of people have her now...it seems they might have rolled back though and people lost her and their CP? Not sure though

 

I think I did see her unlocked. Didn't bother much about that until I read your post and it struck.

 

What does everyone think of the new weapon the chain tonfa for 64 gold ?

Also does anyone know when they would add additional slots for the armory in pvp ?

 

Chain Tonfa is just a slightly better version of Sbertooth's Claws. Not worth it. A single target bleed isn't a big deal compared to something like Dark Sigil. Unless you have some kind of team built on countering and bleeding... but no way for 64 gold.
