Finally took the plunge and bought barrowguard. Was able to level up 5 more times so it paid to wait a little...wanted to level up more but don't want to risk it disappearing from the store. Really don't know what my strategy will be for pvp... Did some practice matches and don't feel so confident.

 

Yeah, kept one and the other 2 went into the armory. Already have Roar...

 

Not liking the mace but if u got the power armor from last PvP and have a high level blaster....

 

I worry about Monstrosity as a PVP weapon, as what it does isn't that great and the chances that the AI will use it...

 

Looks like the next PVP is on it way soon and X-23 will be the big reward.

 

That new item for 64 gold actually looks useful, a quickaction.

Anyone else getting knocked back out to the flight deck a lot when playing pvp?

Anyone else lost every attack so far?

 

Switched out Valkyrie and works fine now, won every match so far.

 

Played 5 and won. Pleased with last weapins hs sp and grief with ss.... Never was close to loosing. Saw some the new weapons but always killed them. Everyone has a Jean. Me too. Running blaster Phoenix and Storm....

Idk but if you dont have group attacks and jean i think you are going to loose allot.

Yeah, everyone is using last season's weapons and destroying me. The only fights I've won are against someone with this season's. That's a real shame.

 

Im telling ya im not impressed buy the new weapons. They had the extra life from the staff and jean and still killed them.

Defense was attacked 3x lost 2.

One time i was worried was of a Tac Phoenix that killed mine. Ive seen more blasters and inf and not allot of tac.

 

Thanks for convincing me to buy barrowguard...it's pretty useless. Lol. Switched out the hoarfrost mace for sudden support. Works great with roar of the north. Must have monstrosity though and I'm pretty sure that the AI will mess this up and use it when it shouldn't be used. Debating on switching out barrowguard for either hotshot or signpost. Also using bruiser suit instead of blaster for now. Using WC Phoenix and Herculus.

 

Running gsbw and wc Phoenix. Might switch in psylocke.

 

Why is it useless? I would assume the rebirth would have some value.

On another note, saw an interesting combo with the Mace from this set and the Scepter from the last set.

Basically meant you couldn't use single attacks, thankfully AI wasn't smart enough to keep him phased.

 

The 64 gold weapon which gives ISO corruption is working well for me.
I use it like this - when I get to low health I use power of 4 and use it 3 times which reduces their stats by a lot, then finish with roar of the north. Currently at 4%

 

A lot of people using their agents as tanks are running this. But since almost everyone has phoenix, it's just not as effective as it could be.
