You r correct Sir. It is still a nice combo though. My fear is how the AI plays it. I can see it being an offensive beast but on D....might have an agent stunned by 2nd round....then again, if he stuns and gets killed, he'll rebirth and have unlimited use with the Roar....THAT could b huge.
I wish they would let us gift weapons! I said that back during PvP 1....I dont know how, but I've got 3 Roars and have been doing 8.5 over and over and have 2 possessed pistols and 2 SS's...none of them worth slotting in the armory, and I don't think I can sell them (or it's not worth it)....maybe 1 day...
I figured this out completely by accident, but if u have QJ and Storm (or any other hero with an AoE that can wipe out the enemy team in one shot), ur pretty much guaranteed 500 for vitality, 500 for perfect strategy (the 2 go hand in hand) and another 150 from one shot for each enemy. You should also get 500 from rounds (finishing combat quickly) and I think endurance (which is for winning without resting). Add it all up, and u should be getting a superior or perfection rating on missions.
According to... http://avengersalliance.wikia.com/wiki/Self-Sacrifice you have to have Monstrosity to prevent the stun that comes with Roar. Check out the "how they work" section. Getting knocked out negates the stun naturally, because you res without any effects. I've got Roar, will have the Mace in a day or two and enough gold to buy Barrowguard (waiting to hit level 170) and respin for Hoarfrost. I WILL have this complete set.
Been farming mission 8.5. I am getting loads of cp. Up to 180. Anyone else gotten a lot of CP this "offseason"?

Its the epic boss drop is says. Only problem with this is its not a quick action... However i do want it now. I just need more iso. This is the only spec ops i haven't got a 1000 spin yet.
I swear I think their random number generator has issues. I started getting a few drops other than antitoxins, but its still like 20-1. I've never gotten a 1000 iso spin. Not a lot of gold or cp either - when I first started a few months ago I got 3 50 cp spins, and then hardly anything since. They keep closing my 'only antitoxin' and 'captain america is stuck' support tickets with just the generic troubleshooting tips - hard reset, power off, delete and reinstall.
Does the 1000 iso drop look different? I always have three chests that look the same and give 20 iso on the daily spins.
They all look the same. I have no doubt at one point you will get 1000 iso for one of these spec ops, and then another. After you get 1, you get more than you need.
Landed on the 1000 ISO again yesterday but it changed to 100 and I didn't receive any in my balance...kind of a bummer
Unless I'm crazy... The Mace doesn't require you to use it to activate the no stun effect. That is a passive buff you have for having the item equipped. All of those effects that make Roar have no cool down or stun are passive.
How to do task 18? I read from the playdom forum guide that you must enter and abort mission 3 until you find loki in the medium threat I have done that but no loki Didnt try to fight the threat
I believe you are crazy. Lol. We were talking about the epic boss drop. The mace doesnt stop you from being stunned. It stops you from die from things like burn, poison, bleed etc. .
The first fight doesn't have Loki but after you defeat those baddies Loki will show up in the next fights ,the backing out doesn't work only worked for the Facebook version I think cause I tried that as well and my first fight never had Loki.
Hey, I'm actually getting decent drops again, crazy. Its been broken for more than a month, thousands of antitoxins and only 50-60 of anything else (and the 50-60 of anything else was from before it got busted). An hour after posting/whining about it and its all good. If there is a playdom dev reading these forums, thanks - and my captain america is still stuck as busy 'on a flight mission'!
