I'm kinda disappointed. I would LOVE to go for Grief, but I don't have 276 CP to spend on characters, and 75 gold is way outta my range. So far spending gold is the only way for me to get through the epic boss tasks in the game, cause CP are too rare.

 

I did a practice match, using a weird setup and the guy had sinister sceptre. Phoenix was able to hit him phased.

 

I would take the cheap heroes based on what stat you want to increase. Most cases it is atk, so strange would be a good one.

 

Phoenix's fireball is considered Psychic isn't it? Maybe that's why?

 

I would try getting as much ISO as I can, and running the spec op missions for cp. This is just my experience, but I feel like you get a higher chance at cp in the Spec Op Missions.

 

Pretty sure you are correct.

 

I think they are adding that to FB game soon. I would much rather have the FB cyclops, period. His passives are amazing in the FB game.

 

That's awesome news, hopefully it'll find its way into this version shorty after that.

 

Phoenix's Psi-blast and Phoenix Fire can hit phased. Psylockes knives, Magik's level one attack, as well as Souldrainer, Faulteater, and Phoenix Pinion should be able to hit. Basically any psychic energy attack

 

So basically the scepter isn't that good...

 

Does any one else have Rogue. Im running into an issue that i cant absorb powers. I try, but nothing happens. I was able to donit before the pvp.



Spectre is good ... Just pve right now. Im going through all the weapons trying to fig a good combo. I like pf but hate losing a turn. Im still thinking thr phoebix weapons are the best be ause they go through the shields.

 

Shields won't matter with the scroll.

 

They updated something because I was just playing with Invisible Woman against Magneto, and she gains the counter-attack (inf attacking tac) but never counters.....until just now. First she counters by throwing up a force field (her 3rd move), then the orb attack (1st), and actually did a shield a 2nd time. I suppose it won't matter for PvP, but now she's pretty solid for PvE.

 

iirc this was written in a patch note a couple weeks back.

 

Yeah, it was. The last actual app update (the one that also made Phoenix work) fixed Sue Storm and a few other characters as well.

 

Well turns out you cant absorb robot machine powers. Tried out on something else and works fine

 

Update on Infernal Fang drops: I've been able to get one on almost every battle in mission 3 (all demons, all the time!) using Quicksilver. Up to 9 total!

 

I'm using him and I only got two! I I ended up buying three so I could finish that task

 

We've got like 25 days to do this. What's the rush?

 

So for task 18, I found some info which might apply to mobile. To get the Infernal Fangs (also referred to as demon teeth), "Just play with MODOK (boss) on 1.4 with a quick-load t'cha like old cp farming technique. Do not win the battle. Once it drop let MODOK kill you. 50 energy, 5 fangs and ZERO loss of ISO."

I have no idea what a quick-load t'cha is....anybody? This is my nxt task after getting 3 distress calls, so that'd b awesome if we don't HAVE to use ISO to get these..
