Faced a quicksilver and WW Hulk team and it devastated me! OUCH! Didn't even get a chance quicksilver just kept attacking my whole team and had additional turns right after the other and then I attacked and he countered taking my whole team out. Next season will be very interesting with him...
You mean Chrono then QJ? i don't have MFG. i guess chrono is a waste of slot on def. Wonder what i should put instead..... Hmmm....
Dear all, is that Phoenix flare still that strong in the following seasons after season 3 in FB? It is so strong in season 3 that almost ruins the game. I just wonder what it will look like in the future.
Yes that what i meant I noticed that some items have priority to use by the AI, 1. Chrono 2. Mfg 3. Qj But if you equip nanite gun, the ai will use it all the time And i hate mfg.. Hahaha
Question about Quicksilver: if u add Po4 or QJ (or both), would that essentially mean Quick could get up to 8 attacks in a row?
I'm getting Quicksilver as high as I can. When he attacks Infiltrators (plenty of those uniforms from the first season PVP) getting 4 attacks, two of which are the follow-up group attacks, is killer. And using someone like Hulk or Hercules as his second, both with big unarmed melee attacks to go along with Quicksilver's Combo Setup... that's a lot of power bonus right there. Add my agent with all the Phoenix weapons to break through shields (plus MFG) and suddenly I'm winning a lot more defenses. Woke up with +125 this morning. Best it has been all season.
Level 65 Agent, Infiltrator S.Tech armor with 5 Mercurial iso-8 Shards, Faulteater, Sudden Supoort, Pinion, Nanite Nailgun (sorry, I don't know all these crazy acronyms!). Black Panther level 9 with full Chaotic iso-8 Magik level 9 with 4 Flourishing and 1 Powerful Whole team seems to routinely get two shotted when in PVP. I have tried changing up my team, using different iso, etc, but it doesn't seem to matter who I use, I get two two shotted (meaning it usually takes about two hits per character) before they are out yet my damage output seems a pittance. Do I need more characters to up my bonuses or something? I only have probably 11 characters... I've got, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Human Torch, Magik, Black Panther, Hercules, Dr. Strange (whom apparently is weak when I use him but one shots me when I'm against him in PVP), Daredevil, Colossus, She-Hulk.
Panther and Magik are not good pvp characters ATM. They both need to setup their moves, and this season most games are won rounds 1-3. What other heroes do you have? I would also take out pinion and replace it with Phoenix flare, and if you have the mfg, use that over nanite.
Panther and Magik both take too long to start up their good attacks, you know? If you're getting taken out in two hits, and it takes two hits just to prepare Magik's main power attacks, then you won't be able to do anything. Try getting characters that can do something good right away - stuns, blocks, status effects, etc. Hulk is popular because he has an all enemy stun right away - Hercules too. Captain America, Spider-Man and Black Widow have blocking and protection abilities, and Storm / Phoenix have good all enemy attacks, protection and status effects. Any time you can get a counter attack is also good, so Captain America, Hercules and Black Widow all apply. Just think of it in term of getting the absolute most out of every move, especially if you'll only survive two attacks. If Black Panther's first move is to cause bleed and his second is to do mild bonus damage if the target is bleeding, he couldn't possibly be effective against an enemy who stuns Panther on round one and applies status effects or just nukes him on round two.
I feel a nearly inescapable desire to eat some mayonnaise while wearing Crocs, but not just any mayonnaise, it needs to be olive oil based and the really weird part is that I would like to video chat (while eating that mayonnaise) and surf the internet at the same time (preferably on a baseball field) but I cant figure out how to do that on my Ipad.
What levek is your doc strange and herc? I this might be a good combo if they are high enough. Stranges blaster against brusiers works good. Also his shoeld and heal very helpful Hercs first move would be a protect unless all he went last. Then i would try his 4th move to stun some of the others. If you have the sudden impact u need the flare. U use that in your second move. If id doesnt kill everyone it will be close.

Got level 145.. 5 more to go. I wish i had Iron Mans 4th armor. I just got it in FB and wow its good. You hit back with back up and your missiles burn and bleed.
Colossus and black widow is a great combo. Do you have her grey suit? What level are all your characters?
Hercules is level 8 and can be level 9 (need the silver to do that though) and Dr. strange is Level 9. I've teamed them before though and they seem to get creamed, especially my Hercules who apparently can't reduce any damage despite having Forceful iso-8! He often gets taken out in the first round without even using him because the system will often stack me against a team of blasters that often one shot him before I even get to use a Gift of Battle. I am finding the the system often stacks against my team and often against the same opponents sometimes back to back too. This morning looking at my log and I was attack 3 times in a row by the same person. Edit: I've tried Flare with Sudden Support and in my experience it doesn't seem affected by the boost on my end, often misses one or two due to their buffs, and just doesn't have the impact despite covering all three. Pinion on the other hand seems to take one character out or close with one hit, yet when I encounter sudden impact and flare it has wiped my whole team out. Hence why I am trying to figure out what I am doing wrong because there is a definite disparity with the damage I am putting out compared to my opponents, yet I have read sites and iso-8 my characters appropriately, invested in PVP items (about 14,000/12,000 attack/defense). Just don't know what I am doing wrong aside from my team combination!
Colossus is only level 5 and Widow only level 7. Read and admittedly stupidly believed what I read, that the starting characters were not worth using (forget where I read it) and invested in other characters instead. My mistake apparently, hehe!
I got tact IP instead lolz since i think hes more useful in pvp than ironman. I wanted ironmans costume too tho.
