It's not in the UK store yet. Where's your link? I am assuming you mean 7.99 in dollars? There are people from other countries here you know
I'm installing as we speak. I'll give my impressions later. Ok first impression: Many great new additions! But on the downside the game feels sloooooow and is still buggy as hell. For example I can't finish the last shadow magic book. I clear the screen and it even says I was successfull but when i got back to the tower the book appears again. I've cleared it 3 times so far and it won't work. Frickin' annoying...
I want to hear what everyone thinks! I had a last minute error on my account in the final beta so I needed to start a new profile 3 days ago. Don't forget to check The Academy in The Battlegrounds. Dreameater, Illusionist, and Sorcerer have different abilities now. And don't forget to summon a ghost so you can fight against others!
The game looks awesome, I can't wait to really get into it, lol Also, if anyone wants to add me on Aurora Feint The Arena, my name is Gotclay. Time to play!
Would love to add you but Friends Code won't work in Arena. Now you just search by character name. My character name is Chiller1 just search for it and add me.
Is it buggy? Is it laggy? Is it worth upgrading? Other than maybe a new character or 2, and ghost players, what are some other pro's of this version? Anything useful you think I should know
it's not laggy but it IS pretty graphics intensive. So if you are a heavy user of Safari, iPod, and Mail apps then you will probably see some slowdown eventually. upgrading is pretty subjective. I haven't seen Danielle online to ask if any of the changes are coming to the Free version but once I catch her i'll be sure to ask. Honestly if you aren't going to be battling people online there isn't a whole lot new beyond the graphical changes and the tweaking of Dreameater, Sorcerer, and Illusionist (the new Furie) abilities
It's lag-alicious and buggy as hell. Will also crash constantly, mostly when battling ghost players. But they totally revamped the skills (now called weapons) so they are actually pretty useful now. My honest opinion is that this isn't really an 8 dollar game, at least not yet, there is still much work to do. Unless you were a total fan of Aurora Feint: The Beginning and played it constantly I would hold on to my money until they start fixing the issues.
Does this one crash, lock you out of your stats, lock the ipod touch and generally work out to be a mess like the Beginnings2 caused?
I'm thinking of getting this now it's only $5 and the update has fixed some bugs (or so it says). Any thoughts?
