I remember Carlos reviewing this game, but don't remember if it was worth picking up.

    Update

    Here's the official Attraction thread.

Decided to pick it up, the time put into producing this game is worth the $0.99 alone.

By the way, the default control is the best for this game. ;)

Defitnitly the touch is ok but the accelerometer control is just a novelty.

Just tested the lite version. Pretty cool game but I already have Critter Crunch so I don't need the full game.

Liked the lite version. What do you get for the full version?

You get survival mode which means you play till you lose and more levels.

I bought it just on the word of mouth on this thread and was pleasantly surprised that this is the same game as the XBLA game Astropop... I spent tons of hours on that game. I do like AP's controls better, and I think the grab and release should be the same button (I like AP's complete control scheme better). But this will do just fine for time-killing :D

I use the classic control. The accelerometer controls are horrible, the touch controls are okay, but I like classic the best.

One bug I've noticed is that the menu doesn't pause the game.

I agree the classic is the best.

I play MUCH better if I use it with the phone vertial, like with AstroPop. I mean, MUCH better. I'd highly recommend rotating the phone :) I also use the classic controls, but I think the touch ones would work now that I have it vertical.

How can you get it to go into vertical/portrait mode?. As far as I can see, you can have it in landscape both ways round, but Portrait?

Don't think he meant vertical as in landscape vs. portrait.

I think he meant vertical as in vertical vs. horizontal.

As in, holding the device horizontal to the floor or vertical to the floor, both can be done with the phone in landscape mode.

You're either looking down at the device (horizontal) or looking at the device like a TV (vertical).

Thanks for explanation Don. My left-handed brain playing tricks with me again I guess:)
