Hey guys.. Since Apple is holding the latest release of iNsane hostage I figured I would post some info on what I'm working on now. Atomic Bloxx Atomic Bloxx is a match 3 type game that will feature OpenFeint online leaderboard support with achievements. I'll probably keep the space type theme. The difference is you can't directly manipulate the blocks. You use the ship at the bottom of the screen to destroy and move blocks with a number of power-ups and your trusty main photon cannon The current weapon types are Photon cannon - Will destroy the first block it hits or can use an alternate "shadow" shot to ignore the first and explode the second block the shot encounters. The energy bar on the far right of the hud indicates your photon energy supply. Nuke - Very limited supply weapon will be able to selectively target and destroy any block. Tractor Beam - can be used to shift surface blocks left and right. Also will be a limited supply weapon. Change Beam - a one time weapon collectable via powerup that can change the color of a single block. Currently working on the soundtrack and power-up system. Expecting a mid-late September release. I'll be posting more updates as things progress. Hopefully a youtube gameplay video soon as well.
