I hope it will but don't know. I don't know if the issue is big and complicated or small and easy to fix. I also don't know if Apple will fast track the review when it's resubmitted. I think this has been done in the past. But I'm not a dev and not very familiar with Apple's approval process. Besides I'm in Australia and it's already very early Friday morning here. My weekend is nearly here.

 

I'm happily waiting as well. Too many years of PC gaming to know games don't release on time. Too many years in software development to know we never release on our first, second, or third release date.

I'll be happy when it arrives, but in the meantime, I've got other games I'm working through. But I do admit, the first thing I look for when I get to Touch Arcade is a little lock symbol on this thread.

 

Yeah... there is something about an anticipated app. No idea cos as much as i hate these sorts of threads and think that people over hype themselves and then get disapointed when the app they are waiting for doesn't change their lives..... i do keep checking TAG's twitter feed to see if its released.

I REALLY hope that this game is a huge hit for them. I think they are a very solid dev and they really deserve a massive success with this and B-Boy Beats

 

So basically the DLC is AR's version of an MMO's Cash/Premium Shop?

 

DLC shouldn't be anything that keeps you from enjoying the gameplay 100%. But more about personalising your game and making it "your own" which can be fun if you are going to spend a considerable amount of time with it.

Not to fussed about the delay, gives me more time to try and play some more B-Boy beats, if I find the time...

 

Does anyone know if this is going to be like touch pets and cost to play it. How much of a delay are they talking.

No it won't cost to play. The DLC is only for personalization, etc.

 

Thank you I love Touch pets but they had to make an arm an a leg on the game. That is greed to me. I am willing to buy stuff for the games, pay for updates and buy it in parts. This was bad what ngmoco did. One price would have been good everyone would have paid it and that would been the end of it.I think they would have made more money.

 

Is the game still expected to come out this week? It's already almost over, and still no sign of Astro Ranch...

 

After watching the Hands-On Video, does anyone else think the alien voices are somewhat creepy? lol

 

Actually, I love their voices, especially the shop keeper. It's good that they put the time and effort into making a unique voice for every villager. It gives them a sense of character, making the game feel a tiny bit more real. It's the little things like that which make me think this game is going to be amazing when it comes out.... Whenever that is.

 

!!!!!!!!... TA should get an undercover apple agent so that he can review games and let them in immeadiately... that would solve all are problems, someone on the inside to keep us in the secret loop

Heehee if you think the alien characters have creepy, funny or strange voices, wait until you hear the noises the animals make. The spickens always make me smile. Their calls sound like very strange gobbling and warbling chickens!
