This game rocks!!!! lots of fun. I hope thar GameCenter comes in a future update. But thanks its awesome.
Woohoo! Astral broke into the Top 200 for both Free Arcade and Action games in the US. It's jumped over 10 spots in the last hour, currently at #165 in Action and #166 in Arcade. Those of you who wrote reviews (chess and Bootrix), thanks so much! If you haven't yet, but enjoy the game, please do!
I hit about 5.5M. Once you get the flow of it, you settle into a groove. And congrats on charting! In other news, this is the first iphone game to give me a sore thumb...needs an option to control from right ASAP.
Awesome game, controls flawlessly, doesn't need any gameplay tweaking whatever but *urgently* needs those leaderboards...
That's good progress! But there's a lot of room to go higher. Astral had a huge day today. It went from zero downloads yesterday to anywhere from the Top 50 to Top 400 for all countries in Arcade and Action. In the US, it broke into the Top 100 for both genres, and the Top 400 for all games. Thanks to everyone who helped spread the word and wrote reviews. Pretty crazy considering that I made this game two years ago and decided to not release it!
Sweet! Yeah, I think as chess said, you eventually get the flow of it and settle into a groove. Pretty soon you'll be getting several million points without breaking a sweat.
Congrats, and thank you for making it free. I probably played Astral for 3 hours last night...finally broke 10M. Probably in my top 10 overall games on iphone. Well done!!! Only two requests at this point: - Controls on the right. I always want to control single button/stick games with my right hand. - Flipping screen (not sure how hard this is). On the 3GS, the headphone jack is on the bottom left when I play Astral, so the hand I have to use to control has to hold the phone in an uncomfortable way when I play with headphones...and let's face it...this game has to be played with headphones.
