The game may not have many different elements but there is a lot of action! And like the classics, you will die! A lot and often. But, I promise you, you will be having fun while doing it. No money grab with this game - even though it's freemium. I wanted, first and foremost, to make a fun and fair game (everything else will take care of itself). I never liked random prizes (loot boxes, gashapon ...) so this game contains a mini game for unlocking the other ships. The mini game is inspired by the 80's game show "Press Your Luck" (Can you tell I'm influenced by the early 80's? My formative years) That game costs gold to play (You can never buy a ship - the mini game is a real game , so NO pay to win!) gold is earned in game (blast small gold asteroid), Rewarded Video (when it's offered), or IAP (I honestly do not expect any IAP, but I included it to meet the gaming community's expectations for mobile games. I expect Rewarded Video to be the main way gold is earned, but we'll see). I hope you give Asteroid Asteroid a look, and I hope you like what you see. I'm just a small dev (single person) who thinks there is an appetite for quirky, simple but challenging arcade games on mobile that aren't idle clickers or games that bombard the player with colors and sounds trying to distract from an otherwise uninspired gameplay experience. Combining movement, aim direction, and firing all with tap/swipe gestures makes it a bit difficult to do what I want to do. Perhaps this could be addressed down the line. In the French appstore it is called AsteroidAsteroid. The game can be played without internet connection which is a first good point. Sound effects are great and the asteroids animation is good. I was able to download using cell data. Apparently theres no longer a size limit. Anyway, real quick imps are very similar to Jean P above. The swipe controls are a bit fiddly..
