Since i didn't break before the 2nd right turn anymore (just lift the accelerator) i improved from 1:09 to 1:08.4/5
I just go full speed through turn 1 trying to stay above 140 km/h. The 2nd right turn is the only one where i lift the accelerator for a second and try to stay above 150km/h. Next left turn full speed at 160km/h ... Long right turn full speed at 160...165km/h and the last turn at 170km/h full speed. Maybe you have to calculate the speeds for mph by yourself. Good luck and good night!
Thanks, It's getting the balance of speed vs understeer and scrubbing off speed. Thanks for the tips, back to the track! #
I think me a cvan has found the optimum track time on AR Official. Like dayum, I'm 0.00.002 seconds off his time. The time is definitely made up of the first corner and second corner (if the second corner had more run of 1.07.xxx would be possible)
I hate blue city, such a bland race track imo. I suppose I'll have to beat you at that too but I'll probably be too busy
Nearing End of Event 2 Busy weekend for me but I will capture screen shots at event's end in 4 hours, 26 mins. Results will be posted Monday morning (PST). Everyone should move on to event 3, following the end of this event. (Integra Type R- Modified) That should read 4 hours, 36 mins above.
I have regained my crown and vengeance is mine mwahahah. It took all day though and very much respect to my fellow racers and their Great times.
I know! I just finished watching the German F1 today so just going by what usually happens in that series Bunch of nancies they are these days! Too many rules and changes of rules. Like that silly radio chat ban. Glad they changed that one this weekend. Second time Nico's just plain forgetten what a steering wheel is for too... tut, tut naughty boy! EDIT: yeah, didn't have much time this weekend. Ended up buying the Simpsons Kwik-E-Mart Lego set in town on Saturday so was building that most of the weekend! I tried a few laps and couldn't even beat my old times let alone improve. Modified Integra R is a bit of a beast too. I prefer the Unmodified cars tbh but let's see Any chance of extending the schedule so we have a week per car? (Don't do it just for me, btw)
Yeah F1 don't interest me in the slightest and the drivers have no character and droooooooone. I watch rally, BTCC and DTM on TV. Some good racing there and banger racing on YouTube sometimes. Good fun.
I'm a big Ferrari supporter so mainly watch to see my team. I still find enjoyment in watching some races when there is a good honest battle but those moments are fleeting! They need to get it back to how it was in the 80's somehow. Less downforce, bigger tyres and more power! BTCC drivers also tend to throw their toys out the pram and whinge at each other, but yeah that 3x short race format is great for track action and it's like bumper cars sometimes! I reckon rally drivers are at a totally different level. That's old school bravery there! Don't really keep up with the WRC or anything tho, I prefer the more technical circuit racing for some reason.
That's what you were asking for Once the mfi controller implementation supports the d-pad it will not be that "easy" anymore ... with touch controls i had to use automatic shifting on track 1&4 and manual shifting wasn't that easy to handle on track 2&3 but it was a very fun competition and many congratulations to you!!!
